team effort

More Hezbollah in South America, moving closer. Now they are hooking up with Mexican drug cartels (thanks to Switters for the link).

The article references a memo leaked by the LulzSec hackers. The memo comes from the Tuscon, AZ police department.

Article conclusion:

Partnerships between Mexican organized crime and Islamic militants are mutually beneficial — and therefore terrifying. The cartels are able to gain smuggling and weapons expertise, as well as access to cheap heroin from Afghanistan and Iran. The terrorists benefit from Mexico's drug war lawlessness and its porous border with their primary target: The United States.
Here's the trade: cartels get smuggling and weapons expertise, cheap heroin from Afghanistan and Iran; and "the terrorists" get access to the US in the lawless territory controlled by the cartels.

It seems that the cartels already have sufficient access to smuggling, weapons expertise, and cheap heroin, given that the authorities can never seem to catch up to the cartels' superior intelligence, as discussed here. But we wouldn't want the narrative about the super-wily cartels aka TCOs (transnational criminal organizations), who can never be caught, to interfere with the one about them being a little wet behind the ears and needing to borrow expertise from Hezbollah. Also, we wouldn't want to look too closely at who moves the drugs out of Afghanistan.

According to the memo, "the terrorists" (Hezbollah) only want to get into the US, "their primary target," and cause trouble.

Hezbollah’s main goal is to cast out any form of Israeli rule and/or occupation. Due to the U.S.’ political and financial support of Israel, Hezbollah regards our nation as a viable target. While there is no immediate or confirmed threat to the Tucson area, recent events and the current middle eastern political arena merit a renewed awareness of the group’s capabilities and presence throughout the Western Hemisphere.
Oh wait so Hezbollah wants to end the occupation, and we keep supporting the occupation and our best friends ever Israel, and so that's why we're the "primary target" of Hezbollah; and even though there is no immediate or confirmed threat, we should have a renewed awareness of this group's presence in our hemisphere rather than tell our friends the Israelis to end the occupation. Got it.

The memo provides the following list to help renew awareness of Hezbollah in South America:
 Recent Events
April 2009 Jamal Yousef is charged in New York City for plotting to sell high-powered weapons to the Colombian FARC in exchange for more than a ton of cocaine.
February 2010 Iran successfully produces first batch of 20% enriched uranium.
June 2010 U.S. Rep. Sue Myrick writes letter to Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano asking for further investigation of Hezbollah’s potential threat and presence along theU.S. – Mexico border.
June 2010 Lebanese-American, Moussa Ali Hamdan, is arrested in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay, for conspiring to provide material support to Hezbollah.
July 2010 Hezbollah operative, Jameel Nasr, is arrested in Mexico for attempting to establish
network in South America.
Sept. 2010 Russia approves sale of advanced cruise missiles to Syria

We have unpacked a lot of this stuff if you want to read the links. We are tired of running them all down. We've written about it exhaustively. This entire narrative is a crock of shit. Just pick any link to an older post and read it and the links in it, and you can spend all day examining all the holes in this bloody narrative.

For instance see: violence around the world for the following details on the Venezuelan-accented Hezbollahniks:

The Myrick memo to DHS included this gem:

Experts believe Iranian agents and members of Hezbollah are going to Venezuela to learn Spanish. When somewhat fluent, they obtain false documents in hopes of crossing the US border as a Hispanic. If stopped by border agents when trying to cross, they try to pass off as Mexican. Only well trained border agents can detect that their Spanish accent is Venezuelan, not Mexican.

And another expert, Dr. Walid Phares, brought up the matter of the accents separately:

Venezuela has granted Hezbollah operatives permission to organize their presence under the protection of Iran’s Pasdaran and local intelligence, and according to U.S. Department of Defense reports, the Venezuelans are providing Iranian units with Spanish language instruction with the aim of inserting them in a Latin American context.

Aha, the matter of the accents again. I think this detail may be important, because as Myrick points out, only certain "well trained border agents" can detect that the Iranian and Hezbollah terrorists (who are hell-bent on harming Americans and Israelis) learned Spanish-as-a-second-language in Venezuela, not Mexico, as their accent will prove as long as they are caught by the certain unspecified but well-trained border agents, probably the same sorts of experts who recognize how similar the Mexican border terrain in San Diego is to Israel's border terrain. Otherwise, being very wily, the Venezuelan-accented Hezbollahniks will slip right through the border, and that will surely be very regrettable, because they hate us for our freedoms.
Why is this an important detail? Aside from it being ridiculous, it fits into the narrative that we are only spared by LUCK. We noted this in the last post. Daniel Pipes wrote an account of Operation Smokescreen in which he notes that the hapless US authorities routinely bungle matters and we are only saved from terrorist doom by lucky breaks. REGRETTABLE. By having the ridiculous narrative detail that the "terrorists" learn Spanish-as-a-second-language in Venezuela, which gives them a unique accent that can only be detected by the certain well-trained border agents, no doubt you can see that some terrorists will definitely slip through that porous border and it is only a matter of time before luck runs out. Because we won't have enough of these special well-trained border agents, and/or the hapless authorities will bungle matters. The narrative sets up the failure which leads to the scenario. Reverse engineering.

The Tuscon memo also gets into the tattoos of suspected Hezbollah members. For instance, a tattoo of an AK47 on a man's arm is a representation of the AK47 on the Hezbollah flag. Hmm, CONFLATE MUCH?

If we're going to talk about tattoos and assault weapons, let's include all the other mafias that love tattoos and assault weapons, like the "Russian" mafia, the Japanese yakuza, and the US military, just to narrow it down to a couple hundred thousand people.

izismile.com
that's US Army not Hezbollah

So, whatever. This is the narrative. A13 gave us another link to another twist in the narrative: now the Mexican cartels are going to be just like Knights Templars. That's right. Just to mindfuck you a little more, some cartels reportedly use medieval symbols and codes of honor now: hooded tunics, blood initiation rituals, 'gentleman'-like behavior such as respecting women and killing snitches and their entire families, etc.

So listen, DON'T WORRY! We are here today to tell you that the White House has released a strategy to combat these transnational criminal organizations, and wait until you see the team.

Just over a year ago, we released President Obama’s National Security Strategy.  That strategy commits this administration to the pursuit of four enduring national interests:  security, prosperity, respect for universal values, and the shaping of an international order that can meet the challenges of the 21st century.  One of the most significant of those challenges is the expanding size, scope, and influence of transnational organized crime and its impact on U.S. and international security and governance.
Transnational organized crime is a challenge of the 21st century, and a significant one because of its expanding size, scope and influence. It's a Big Problem. What is the Big Solution? A great BIG TEAM of expanding size, scope and influence. Naturally.

"Transnational criminal networks are striking alliances with corrupt elements of national governments -- including intelligence and security personnel -- and they use the power and influence of those elements to further their criminal activities."

But it has nothing to do with ANY of the people on the great big team.
Rest Assured.
These alliances only happen in *other* governments, corrupt governments like the ones you might find in South America.

Here's the strategy:

  • First, protect Americans and our partners from the harm, violence, and exploitation perpetrated by transnational criminal networks.
  • Second, help partner countries strengthen governance and transparency, break the corruptive power of transnational criminal networks, and sever state-crime alliances.
  • Third, break the economic power of transnational criminal networks and protect strategic markets and the U.S. financial system from criminal penetration and abuse.
  • Fourth, defeat criminal networks that pose the greatest threat to national security by targeting their infrastructures, depriving them of their enabling means, and preventing the criminal facilitation of terrorist activities.
  • And fifth, build international consensus, multilateral cooperation, and public-private partnerships to defeat transnational organized crime.

It all depends on how they define the TCOs. Because if anyone thinks they will look at Israel, and how all the top organized crime bosses in the world have Israeli passports, and how Israel will not extradite these people, one would be disappointed. They will not focus on Israel, or banks laundering money. They will focus on the border with Mexico and whatever things that can be arranged thereabouts.
We start here at home...and severing the illicit flow of money and weapons across the Southwest border -- to lessen the threat and impact of transnational crime domestically as well as on our foreign partners.......and a rewards program to help capture the world’s top transnational crime figures [except the ones safe in Israel - ed,]. Yesterday President Obama signed an executive order designed to block all assets and property under U.S. jurisdiction of designated major transnational organized crime organizations that threaten the critical interests of the United States. Yesterday, the President also signed a new proclamation barring admission to the United States of persons designated under this executive order and other comparable programs.  The proclamation also provides additional legal authority for barring admission to the United States of persons subject to United Nations Security Council travel bans.

It all depends how they define the problem. They make a list. They put the names of "the terrorists" on the list. They leave other names off the list. Now the proper people have been "designated." It is SO SIMPLE.

Eric Holder made remarks. Eric Holder used to be the top legal counsel for Chiquita during a period when Chiquita paid paramilitary groups to kill peasants in Guatemala, calling them suspected guerrillas or criminals.

Janet Napolitano made remarks. Janet Napolitano appeared with Frank Lautenberg to discuss new Homeland Security rules back in November 2010. Frank Lautenberg of the infamous Lautenberg Amendment, which made "special provisions" for Jewish and evangelical refugees to emigrate to the US from the former Soviet Union, without having to prove any persecution. Thus for over twenty years hundreds of thousands of "refugees" have come to the US coincidentally at the same time that "Russian" mafia rooted across this country.

This is the TEAM that's going to protect you from TCOs.

"It’s especially relevant to the work we’ve been doing along the Southwest border, where the transnational organized criminal activity of drug cartels is a major concern....Over the past two and a half years, CBP and ICE have seized 75 percent more currency, 31 percent more drugs, and 64 percent more weapons along the Southwest border....In November, the administration established the Border Intelligence Fusion Center of the El Paso Intelligence Center, which provides U.S. law enforcement, border enforcement and investigative agencies with the intelligence necessary to aid in their work along the Southwest border. " ~ Janet Napolitano

William Burns of the US State Department remarks:

Global markets for drugs fund the weapons of the Taliban in Afghanistan and the FARC in Colombia.  Supplies of illegal Latin American drugs are making their way across West Africa.  In the tri-border area of Paraguay, Brazil and Argentina, individuals with connections to violent extremist groups have been active in drug trafficking, human trafficking, arms trafficking, and money laundering.

William Cohen of Treasury remarks:

The Treasury Department is employing these new powers by implementing sanctions today against four significant transnational criminal organizations.  First, the Brothers' Circle, also as the Moscow Center, which is a multiethnic criminal group composed of leaders and senior members of several criminal organizations largely based in countries of the former Soviet Union.  ...Second, the Camorra, which is a very large Italian organized crime group earning roughly $25 billion each year from illicit activities. ...Third, the Yakuza of Japan, with an estimated 80,000 members, engages in serious criminal activities, including narcotics and weapons trafficking, and a variety of white-collar crimes....  And finally, an already designated drug kingpin organization, Los Zetas, is an extremely violent transnational criminal organization based in Mexico.
Focusing on Russians, Italians, Japanese and Mexicans. CHECK.

We are good to go.

"The devil is no fool. He can get people feeling about heaven the way they ought to feel about hell. He can make them fear the means of grace the way they do not fear sin. And he does so, not by light but by obscurity, not be realities but by shadows, not by clarity and substance but by dreams and the creatures of psychosis. And men are so poor in intellect that a few cold chills down their spine will be enough to keep them from ever finding out the truth about anything."
~ Thomas Merton, The Seven Storey Mountain

We learn about the attacks in Norway. Aangirfan summarizes the key points:

1. July 2011 -- Norway will end its involvement in Libya on 8/1/11.
2. March 2011 -- The Socialist Left party in Norway supports military action against Israel if Israel acts against Hamas in Gaza.
3. January 2011 -- Norway's Minister of Foreign Affairs will recognize the Palestinian state once it is set up.

"During the coming September and October, there will be a new situation and ground reality regarding the Palestinian state and that new situation should be handled and dealt with," he said. "We hope the Palestinian state will be a part of the international community by that time," he added. ...
And you know what happened next. Norway suffers devastating terrorist attack.

ALSO SEE Kenny's Sideshow for an excellent round up of the blogosphere unpacking this Norway psyop.

Norway hadn’t taken seriously the threat of terrorism, according to a 2009 U.S. diplomatic memorandum distributed by Wikileaks and posted on the Aftenposten newspaper’s website. The document focused on the threat of Islamist attacks.
Check out the memorandum. Norwegians have an aversion to force. Norwegians do not believe in the terrorism narratives. Norwegians have been donating money to Palestinian causes. Norwegians think they are a "moral superpower." Norwegians sent Jews to concentration camps. Norwegians are anti-semitic. BAD NORWEGIANS.

Mr. Breivik hates Muslims..... so he murdered a bunch of Norwegians.

We guess Norway will take the threat of terrorism seriously now.....?

Breivik's analog is Timothy McVeigh and the patriot movement.

Interesting because the patriot movement formed after the S&L debacle. The patriot movement correctly identified the banksters as their problem. The patriot movement was infiltrated and destroyed from within, stocked with patsies.

The Oklahoma City bombing was planned from Elohim City, a paramilitary training camp / apocalyptic white separatist sect in the hills of Oklahoma, a "neo Nazi type camp." The head of security at Elohim City was Andreas Strassmeir, who spoke fluent Hebrew, had a girlfriend in the IDF, knew lots of people in military and intelligence, and enjoyed full diplomatic immunity. He also had connections to South America.

^^^^^^^

We've been writing about South America and you might be sick of it. However we see a lot of carefully prepared narratives and South America is so close to North America and we just really feel that these narratives were set up for a reason. ESPECIALLY since they very conveniently link back to Lebanon and Syria.

We also see that Norway will recognize the Palestinian State expected in late 2011. Norway is not the only country planning to recognize the Palestinian State. Several South American states announced plans to do the same.

After Brazil announced in early December that it recognised a Palestinian state, Argentina, Bolivia and Ecuador followed suit, and Paraguay and Uruguay said they would do the same in early 2011. Chile and Peru are also expected to reach a similar decision. Before this month, Venezuela was the only country in South America to have done so.
See: getting ready to solve more problems

Aangirfan writes:

In the days ahead, we can expect more false flag terror events.

These will be used by the corporate media to portray opponents to the bankster scam as child killing terrorists.

For the global elite, mass murder blamed on political opponents is a legitimate tool in the plan to take down national economies and install a one-world totalitarian government and banking system run in neofeudal fashion.
We agree.

"Not far to São Paulo's west lies the Tri-Border Area (TBA), where Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay meet. The TBA has long been identified as a hub of terrorist activity, especially for the Iranian-backed Hizballah."
Steve Emerson, http://www.investigativeproject.org/documents/case_docs/1505.pdf

See: where is the house of cake?

What could possibly be worse than the TBA we ask?

According to certain people, now we have the "hub of the hub" of  "Islamist terror" in the America's: Isla de Margarita off the coast of Venezuela.

please excuse our cheesy annotations but we took the liberty of identifying

Isla de Margarita is much much closer to the homeland, we might add, than the TBA.

NOW that we know who they are, let's read what they say about Isla de Margarita.

The holiday island of Isla de Margarita, situated in the Caribbean Sea, has one of the most beautiful beaches of Venezuela and breathtaking scenery. It is here, on the island of exquisite hotels and a glamorous nightlife, that the US military's Southern Command has reported the presence of Hezbollah's support and logistics cells -- one of the most important centers of "terrorist gathering" and "money laundering activities" for Hezbollah.
WHERE and WHEN did SOUTHCOM report the presence of Hezbollah "support and logistics cells" on Isla de Margarita?!???

We try to confirm this very serious allegation being made in JULY 2011. Surely news this important would have been reported. The only thing we can find is that Air Force General Douglas Fraser testified before the House and Senate Armed Services Committees on March 11 and 18, 2011 as part of SOUTHCOM's Annual Posture Statement. And here is what he said about Hezbollah and Iran:

  • Iran continues expanding regional ties to support its own diplomatic goal of reducing the impact of international sanctions connected with its nuclear program. While much of Iranís engagement in the region has been with Venezuela and Bolivia, it has nearly doubled the number of embassies in the region in the past decade and hosted three regional heads of state in 2010. Currently, Iranian engagement with Venezuela appears to be based on shared interests: avoiding international isolation; access to military and petroleum technologies; and the reduction of U.S. influence. Together with our interagency partners, U.S. Southern Command will continue to monitor Iranian activity in the region consistent with law and policy to ensure that U.S. laws and international sanctions are respected, and that our existing partnerships remain strong and well-functioning.
Sanctions on Iran push Iran to expand diplomatic ties to lessen the negative impact of said sanctions. (Stop the sanctions?) Iran doubles embassies in South America and hosts three heads of state. So far we fail to see anything ILLEGAL here with Team Iran.

  • In addition to extra-regional state actors, members of violent extremist organizations (VEOs) from the Middle East remain active in Latin America and the Caribbean and constitute a potential threat. Hezbollah supporters continue to raise funds within the region to finance their worldwide activities. Several entities affiliated with Islamic extremism are increasing efforts to recruit adherents in the region, and we continue to monitor this situation closely. Additionally, we deploy military information and civil affairs teams to under-governed spaces to help our regional partners to hinder these recruitment efforts and counter VEO propaganda.
IN ADDITION, there are other things going on, not specifically tied to Team Iran. Again, just potential threats of unidentified "supporters," who could be anyone that gives money to charities or sends money home. There's nothing here. If they had something they would say so. And by the way here they are admitting they send operatives into the geopolitical black holes.

Responding to questions about extra-regional influence from the committee, Gen. Fraser seemed to play down the threat. As in previous years, he emphasized that Southcom is seeing diplomatic and economic cooperation, but not military cooperation.
  • It’s still primarily focused on political, diplomatic, commercial relationships within all those countries. And that is a normal, international process, if you will. … Regarding Iran, very similar if you will, primarily diplomatic and commercial. … Hezbollah and Hamas do have organizations in the region. I have not seen them growing in any capacity and I see primarily any support that they are giving is financial support, principally back to parent organizations in the Middle East. I have not seen connections that go beyond that to date.

Well, we MISSED THE PART about SOUTHCOM reporting that Isla de Margarita "hosts" Hezbollah "support and logistics cells." That is a bit of a stretch. So how did we get from general organizations (designated as terrorists by the US) in the region sending money back home and nothing more to Isla de Margarita being the hub of the hub of Islamist terrorism in the Americas?

Roger Noriega helped. He testified earlier this month, four months after General Fraser, and added another layer to the narrative.

Witnesses for the hearing include Roger F. Noriega, a senior fellow of the American Enterprise Institute, and Douglas Farah, a senior fellow of the International Assessment and Strategy Center. Their testimony is expected to closely follow recent statements to a Senate committee from Air Force General Douglas Fraser, commanding officer of the U.S. Southern Command.
If you click through there you can easily see the LACK OF EVIDENCE. The narrative works on innuendo and suggestions: reputed head of Hezbollah, allegedly setting up a network of operatives, believed to have helped Hezbollah, according to US officials, etc. Nothing but a theory smearing Muslims in Latin America, built on the testimony of General Fraser.

Brother of Venezuelan diplomat in Syria set training operation in Isla de Margarita
Ambassador Roger Noriega, formerly head of the Organization of American States [OAS], during a recent Hearing of the Subcommittee on Counterterrorism and Intelligence Committee on Homeland Security, testified that a key operative in the Hezbollah network in Latin America is the Lebanese-born Ghazi Atef Salameh Nassereddine Abu Ali, Venezuela's No. 2 diplomat in Syria.
Nasreddine, who was black-listed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury in June 2008 for his fundraising and logistical support to Hezbollah, is managing, along with his brothers, a network that "raises and launders money and recruits and trains operatives to expand Hezbollah's influence in Venezuela and throughout Latin America." This network also has a presence in Isla Margarita. Ambassador Noriega stated that the Venezuelan diplomat's younger brother, Oday Nassereddine, has established a powerbase in Venezuela by setting up training operations on Isla de Margarita.
Training operations? That sounds rather serious. Sounds like paramilitaries which are a scourge on humanity.

Reading the Hudson article closely, we see a book mentioned. A book written in 2009, a biography of Hugo Chavez written by Douglas E. Schoen and Michael Rowen, a couple of seasoned political consultants one of whom is definitely Jewish. The full title is The Threat Closer to Home: Hugo Chavez and the War Against America. Published January 2009.

And these authors alleged that Isla de Margarita was the "hub of the hub" of Islamist terror in the Americas, back in 2009.

So IF it were true that Isla de Margarita was the "hub of the hub" of terror that the authors claimed almost three years ago, when their book was published, then clearly the information would have been known long before January 2009, since books don't get written and published overnight. Conservatively, this information, IF TRUE, would be about four or five years old, during which time surely something would have been done about it by now, we would have to assume...? Because otherwise we would have to ask WHY, if these authors discovered this in writing their book, so surely the authorities have known about this for four or five years, haven't they disrupted these supposed training operations? Then again, the authority called General Fraser of Southcom just said in March that:

"Hezbollah and Hamas do have organizations in the region. I have not seen them growing in any capacity and I see primarily any support that they are giving is financial support, principally back to parent organizations in the Middle East. I have not seen connections that go beyond that to date."
No connections beyond money being sent back home presumably means NO TRAINING CAMPS. Unless of course there ARE training camps but those guys are ON THE PAYROLL, in which case we would find out "by surprise," which is what seems to be the set up here with this little narrative seedling planted and watered. Once again, we are just trying to show you how these narratives work and WHO DRIVES THEM, who is  ALLOWED to drive them and TWIST the words of people like General Fraser, and those would be the sorts of people who work at think tanks like the Hudson Institute. The threat closer to home.

Hezbollah militants infiltrate into the U.S.
The book, Threat Closer to Home by Douglas Schoen and Michael Rowan, reveals that the "hub of the hub" of Islamist terror in the America is Isla de Margarita. "The island has long been home to a large Lebanese expatriate population, and Hezbollah has had a foothold there for decades," the authors write. Lebanese expatriates in Isla de Margarita were involved in 1992 in helping Hezbollah militants to establish a terrorist cell in Charlotte, North Carolina, by infiltrating them into the U.S.. Other terrorist might have been smuggled into the U.S. as well, however, without having been discovered by the American authorities.
This 1990s incident is known as Operation Smokescreen, and neocons like Daniel Pipes have written breathless exposes about the filthy and arrogant Hezbollah terrorists taking advantage of the good Americans.

Pipes says this operation confirmed:
  • There is no American bias against Muslims.
  • Islamist money is flowing to the Middle East from the US and not the other way around.
  • Uneducated Islamist immigrants commonly show contempt for the US.
  • The hapless US authorities routinely bungle matters and we are only saved from terrorist doom by lucky breaks.
Of course this incident lead to *another* book for other authors...

But back to the Chavez book:
The book further explains that the banks of the island, declared as a free-trade zone by the Venezuelan government, are integral to a network of financial institution in the Caribbean region that facilitate "drug trafficking, money laundering, and terrorist fund-raising." The two authors explain that Isla de Margarita is home to several "quasi-legal front businesses that funnel money overseas to terrorists, as well as to outright illegal enterprises whose profits similarly get steered to Middle eastern terror".
The banks on the island launder money? And how does that make them any different from Wachovia?
The island has also a false-documents industry that provides fake passports, identity cards and travel documents to terrorists. It is hence the perfect "transit center for terrorists and terror sympathizers, a way station for trips within the region and overseas to the Middle East." The island is also used as a stop-off to the Tri-border area -- where Brazil Argentina and Paraguay converge -- where Hezbollah and Hamas are operating. Ambassador Noriega in his testimony reports that during the spring of 2011, two Iranian Hezbollah operatives were conducting terror training on Venezuela's Margarita Island for persons brought there from other countries in the Latin America.
False document industry ==> "the perfect transit center for terrorists and terror sympathizers"....?

another stretch...

Drug trafficking
Isla de Margarita is also a place of interest for Hezbollah thanks to drug trafficking: the terrorist movement is financing itself and its weapons through narco-terrorism. The book Gangrillas by Mendez Beddow and Sam Thibodeaux reports that the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has alerted ghost planes flying several routes between Isla Margarita, Central America, Europe and Western Africa. "These flights carry illegal drugs from the opium producing nations, and from the cocaine countries," the authors state..

The DEA knows about ghost flights carrying drugs? We bet they do and so we BELIEVE them but where's the proof that it's Hezbollah?
Hamas in the Isla de Margarita
The Venezuelan island is reported also to be not only the center of Hezbollah illegal activities, but also a center for Hamas to funnel funds to its terrorist organization. Besides the Tri-border area, however, other free trade zones in Latin America, such as Iquique in Chile and Maicao in Colombia, are reported to be centers for Hezbollah's and Hamas's activities.

operating in the geopolitical black holes

Southern Pulse (southernpulse.com) tells us about all the ungoverned spaces in the Americas, spaces where transnational criminal organizations (TCOs) operate, also known as "geopolitical black holes" and "stateless zones."

straight from Mr. Ed's mouth to your ears

http://southernpulse.com/_webapp_3930524/Ungoverned_Spaces_in_the_Americas,_Part_I

Southern Pulse should know. You can take this information to the bank, a bank like Wachovia for instance which has laundered billions of dollars of drug money for the Mexican cartels, and paid a whopping big fine of $160 million, or less than 2% of it's $12.3 billion profit in 2009. Because Southern Pulse has "a network of investigators" operating across the Americas and an advisory board hooked directly into the CFR and RAND. These field agents don't sit behind a computer and read the interwebs, they're out there Operating Across the Americas. Capice? And they can identify all the geopolitical black holes and tell their clients how the TCOs operate in said geopolitical black holes. Capice?
"Southern Pulse is a boutique professional services firm deeply rooted in the field, with a network of investigators that operates across the Americas. We are focused on becoming a premier information source for individuals and companies most interested in field-sourced information - not prepackaged intelligence gathered by a cluster of analysts sitting behind computer monitors."

"This is an organization firmly rooted in the field. There is no central office where people read media stories on the Internet. At its core, Southern Pulse is a network of investigators across the Americas, as well as China, Russia, Turkey, and Iran, all collecting and sharing information on security, politics, energy, and business in Latin America for Southern Pulse clients, members, subscribers, and visitors."
Sounds very organized and professional.

  • the Sierra Madre range between Sinaloa and Durango states in Mexico
  • and the southeastern corner of Chiapas in Mexico, and extending into Guatemala
  • Guatemala's Peten, Alta Verapaz, Baja Verapaz, Izabal, and Huehuetenango provinces

"According to reports, this area is disputed by the Gulf Cartel and the Zetas, who have made a path of terror by kidnapping, fighting and theft of vehicles that are reported here." May 2010

MEXICO CITY, Sep 2, 2010 (IPS) - Tamaulipas state has become the black hole of organised crime in Mexico. But there are few accounts of the rapid social breakdown that the northeastern border state has experienced since the start of the year, because the local press is silenced....Los Zetas is a crime syndicate made up of former elite Mexican army commandos who reportedly received training in the U.S. at the School of the Americas but deserted to become the armed wing of the Gulf Cartel in the late 1990s. They then turned against their former employers or partners.

But wait there are even more black holes from which the TCOs operate.....

  • infamous Darien Gap between Panama and Colombia
  • most of Colombia
  • huge swaths of South America
And that is just the southern half of one hemisphere. We imagine those TCOs have black holes all over the globe, and thanks to their incredible organization they have always been able to stay several steps ahead of law enforcement as they DESTROY COMMUNITIES EVERYWHERE. And no one ever seems to be able to stop them.

How can that be?

original image from nationmaster.com

Houston, we have a problem.

Recapping to this point: we BELIEVE Southern Pulse when they tell us that that TCOs utilize all these black holes in Latin America for drug trafficking, because Southern Pulse has operatives on the ground and a very prestigious client list that would have a need to know exactly where all the best places are for drug trafficking operations.

Again, how can it be that with all this intelligence, no one can ever stop the TCOs?

Allegedly, it is because the TCOs are *even MORE* organized, and have *even BETTER* intelligence. Even better than what that client list can afford.

The Woodrow Wilson Institute and the Washington Times are both on Southern Pulse's client list, and this is what they write:

See: trip wires for the full post

More intelligence needed, according to Eric Olson of the Woodrow Wilson Center's Mexico Institute (think tank).

Olson said the best way for federal police to confront this new threat would be to improve their intelligence capabilities – an area he called a serious weakness. "It requires operational intelligence. It requires 'We know this is going to happen or likely is going to happen in this neighborhood,'" he said. "That kind of refined intelligence is extremely difficult anywhere. But it doesn't seem to be available in a place like Ciudad Juarez."
The cartels, on the other hand, "have an amazing intelligence capability," he said. "They are far ahead of law enforcement. All that keeps law enforcement from getting ahead of the curve." Mexican cartels – armed with billions of dollars and networks of informers among corrupt police forces – have long demonstrated their ability to target the highest-ranking security officials and government officials.

So the drug cartels are Very Organized and have amazing intelligence due to their 1) billions of dollars and 2) networks of informants among the police forces. And the drug cartels are "far ahead of law enforcement" because their networks deliver such good information. It's so good that law enforcement can never catch up. Ever.

But the networks include corrupt law enforcement people.

Therefore, these corrupt people must be high up and/or exceedingly well-placed, or else how could the drug cartels always stay So Organized and ahead of the non-corrupt law enforcement people?

And Southern Pulse has a network of investigators operating across the field and bringing top intelligence to the US military, think tanks, private contractors, universities, and news outlets; but it cannot compete with the drug cartels' amazing intelligence capability? Really? That's so strange.

Also strange because the US military has a very extensive network of bases all along the Mexican border. And we know that the US military does not go slumming when it comes to technology and intelligence.

So again, why can no one compete with the TCO's amazing intelligence capabilities?

Furthermore, according to one expert back in 2009, US Special Forces and DEA agents were operating in Mexico without any oversight whatsoever from the Mexican government. So theoretically they should have been able to get to the bottom of a few things?

High level Mexican military and government sources revealed that U.S. Special Forces and DEA agents are operating in Mexico. They have been allowed into Mexico to seek clandestine terrorist groups believe operating in Mexico. The government of Felipe Calderón authorized some American Special Forces and US anti-narcotics agents to operate in some states without oversight by Mexican authorities. The permission provides that DEA agents will not be required to issue a report to Mexico on their work in the country. Mexican sources said they have no knowledge of which terrorist groups or drug cartels or drug bosses the group will try to meet with because that information “is reserved and the government of the president of the US, Barack Obama, considers it of national security.”
The operation concerns the use of a unilateral strategy in Mexico that the U.S. Military and DEA used in Colombia a decade ago and which has, from the year 2000 to the present, involved the voluntary surrender of at least 50 important drug bosses, financial operators and leaders of militant killer units of criminal organizations that still operate in that country. The criminals who will agreed to cooperate with the Americans and provide information about terrorist groups operating in Mexico and who are using terrorist training bases to train drug cartels gang members on militant radical Islamic gorilla fighting tactics and are required to submit to a plan of collaboration that requires the drug bosses to share information about the activities and whereabouts of the terrorist and their colleagues.

They also are to reveal the location of the principal location of the terrorist and the routes of transport of narcotics, humans and terrorist to the US. The information provided is in exchange for the obligation of authorities to reduce the penalty charges once the subjects are incarcerated in the US.

Regarding the operation in Mexico, one official emphasized, “This is a unilateral effort of the US government; the Mexican government is totally out of it.”

So since sometime back in 2009, the US has been allegedly roping in DOZENS of high level drug bosses, and giving them leniency in exchange for solid information on location and routes (all these black holes), and all this without the oversight of the Mexican government; and STILL the TCOs have BETTER INTELLIGENCE?

REALLY?????

Who *are* you? ~ Inigo Montoya

Well, it's like we've been sussing for a while now. It's like when this game keeps getting ratcheted up and nothing ever gets better but it only gets worse, and there's always a damn excuse and it doesn't matter how much you give over to the man because he's never going to do a fucking thing to help you and please God would you just notice already, because these TCOs are in your government, and they are in your banks, and they are in your police stations and your military and your think tanks and your politics and your corporate board rooms and your hospitals and laboratories, and they are in your FBI and your CIA and on your teevee, and they certainly are in all these places in other countries too, and that's why they are so full of shit when they say they need More Money and More Intelligence and More Power. It's them. They are the TRANSNATIONAL CRIMINAL ORGANIZATIONS that they keep telling you they are fighting against. Are we saying that every single person in all these organizations is corrupt? No. But obviously, based on the facts on the ground, they have more than enough people on the payroll because correct us if we're wrong, but what SERIOUS PROBLEM that they've been "working on" has actually gotten better on this planet?

FOR EXAMPLE:

The operation, called “Fast and Furious,” was run out of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) office in Phoenix, Arizona. ATF sanctioned the purchase of weapons in U.S. gun shops and tracked the smuggling route to the Mexican border. Reportedly, more than 2,500 firearms were sold to straw buyers who then handed off the weapons to gunrunners under the nose of ATF.
But once across the border, the agency seemed to lose track of the weapons. Hundreds of AK-47s and Barrett .50 caliber rifles — favorites of warring drug cartels —made it easily into the hands of some of Mexico’s most ruthless crime organizations.

See: where is the house of cake?

Aside from those 2,500 firearms, the US State Department runs a program called Direct Commercial Sales which regulates private US companies overseas sales of weapons, training, and so forth -- this is entirely separate from government to government sales -- the Pentagon is not involved. Look at the size of these sales -- PRIVATE US Companies weapons and training to Latin America:

Hey it's REGRETTABLE about all that organized crime but some people are making a killing.

Today we learn more about Fast and Furious.

Congressional investigators probing the controversial "Fast and Furious" anti-gun-trafficking operation on the border with Mexico believe at least six Mexican drug cartel figures involved in gun smuggling also were paid FBI informants, officials said Saturday....The FBI and DEA did not tell the ATF about the alleged informants. The ATF and congressional investigators learned later that those agencies apparently were paying cartel members whom the ATF wanted to arrest....The official declined to identify the six, but said the individual cited in the letter to the FBI operated along the Texas border with Mexico. "This guy could die if it got out who he is," the official said. "He'd be killed."

Perhaps along the frontera chica, one of the KNOWN GEOPOLITICAL BLACK HOLES with no government control except for the FBI using your tax dineros to keep cartel people ON THE PAYROLL and not telling your other agency the ATF working to arrest these very same people who are ON THE FBI'S PAYROLL....selling guns provided on purpose by the US STATE DEPARTMENT?

TCOs. Know thy enemy.

swearing in Ambassador Roger Noriega
who testified this month before the House Subcommittee on Counterterrorism

"Noriega was the chief architect of the coup d'etat against Haiti's internationally recognized democratically elected President [Aristide] and all 7,000 elected officials of Haiti. In another display of his lack of professionalism, and again displaying behavior generally begging for anger management training, Roger Noriega threw a temper tantrum going as far as saying he thinks he has worked for the US government long enough! The New York Times today attributed Noriega's abrupt decision to the administration's appointment of Caleb McCarry, a Republican Congressional staffer, to the role of transition coordinator on Cuba, which took "primary responsibility for Cuba...away from him." Noriega, an arch conservative of Mexican descent, worked as a staffer for the Aristide-hating Senator Jessie Helms, who was bent on destroying Aristide, and the Clinton administration, from the very start. Going against all of the principles of democracy, Noriega's administration, under his direct orders, caused rifts throughout the Caribbean and Latin America that have reverberated throughout the world." What do we know about Paraguay and the Tri-Border Area (TBA)? A review for those who have not been following along:

We know that human trafficking represents the fastest growing organized criminal industry, and a huge flow of trafficked human beings comes into the United States through Texas, among other places.

Following the trail to South America brings one to the Tri-Border Area, now also known as the Bangkok of Latin America, since after the tsunami many hardened sex tourists diverted to the TBA.

And we know that lots of AGENTS are in the TBA.

But immigration officer Emilio Osses, who oversees one of the Argentine checkpoints in the area, said that contrary to popular belief, this is not the worst trafficking hotspot on Argentina's border. He says that this tri-border area is heavily controlled — saturated with officers from at least eight local, federal and international agencies, including lots of CIA agents.
SEE: THE BANGKOK OF LATIN AMERICA

We noted at that time the EXTENSIVE NARRATIVE in place about the TBA being tied to Hezbollah since around 2002, and the continued raising of the early 1990s bomb attacks on Jewish targets in Argentina, also courtesy of Hezbollah. If you pay attention, you will notice these bombings get brought up over and over and over again by authorities and experts who want you to believe in the narrative.

See: where is the house of cake?
See: violence around the world

After doing many posts about Paraguay and the TBA, we learned that this entire narrative is what is technically known as a Crock Of Shit.

We found all sorts of curious things about Paraguay.

Powerful people at think tanks have been yakking about the TBA since 2002.

After September 11th, the U.S.-led “war on terror” moved swiftly into Afghanistan. Once the heavy combat had diminished, speculation turned to what the next target would be. The Philippines, the former Soviet republic of Georgia, Yemen, Somalia, and Indonesia were all discussed as possibilities. Except for a few disparate stories, the tri-border region of South America received little attention as a locus of terrorist activity despite a recent history of Islamist terrorist activity. But this region, which already has a history of mass casualty Islamic terrorism, is also an area of concern. (http://www.nti.org/e_research/e3_16a.html) LINK DEFUNCT

...Board of directors for that think tank include Ted Turner, Sam Nunn, Pete Dominici, Richard Lugar, etc. See think tanks: where experts go to reverse engineer plans for world domination.
The "history of mass casualty Islamic terrorism" of course refers to the Argentinian bombings in 1992 and 1994, which come up over and over and over again to JUSTIFY the narrative. However, forensic evidence showed that the bombs were INSIDE the Jewish controlled buildings, and that's why these attacks have never been solved.

SEE: WHEEL OF MISFORTUNE, in particular THIS LINK.

To be crystal clear, the "history of mass casualty Islamic terrorism" linked to Hezbollah in South America, in particular the TBA, is a false narrative. The narrative also presents the TBA as an organized crime paradise. That is a half truth. The TBA IS an organized crime paradise BECAUSE it is crawling with international spooks. The spooks are on the payroll of organized crime, running the trafficking rings. That's why the trafficking problems never get solved. Furthermore, all the top organized crime bosses have Israeli passports, a FACT well known to the authorities for many years.

Organized crime is ORGANIZED. That's the point.
How does organ trafficking work if not for corrupt people in hospitals?
How does human trafficking happen if not for corrupt people in customs?
How does drug trafficking happen if not for corrupt people in law enforcement?
How does money laundering happen if not for corrupt people in banking?
How does weapons trafficking happen if not for corrupt people in the military?
How does disease kill so many if not for corrupt people in the sciences?

Organized crime is run by the "Russian Mafia." The "Russian Mafia" is run by Jews with Israeli passports. Israel will never extradite these criminals.

We also learned about the Chaco, in Northern Paraguay, and all the mysterious things going on there.

Pardon the recap, but if you want to understand why all the following "news" is a pack of lies, please read the above links.

Roger Noriega, pictured at top, testified last week before the House Subcommittee on Counterterrorism. He currently has a job with the AEI, a famous neocon think tank that was instrumental in helping the US commit the Iraq war war by peddling lies. He told the committee that Hezbollah is working with the drug cartels along the US / Mexico border, and and trying to radicalize Islamic populations in several Mexican cities, and represents a threat to the homeland, and:

...If our government and responsible partners in Latin America fail to act, I believe there will be an attack on U.S. personnel, installations or interests in the Americas as soon as Hezbollah operatives believe that they are capable of such an operation without implicating their Iranian sponsors in the crime.
He mentions a "key operative" as Ghazi Atef Salameh Nassereddine Abu Ali, born in Lebanon and now Venezuela's #2 diplomat to Syria.

And supposedly this guy Nassereddine has a couple of brothers, and they were blacklisted by the US Treasury in 2008 for fundraising and logistical support of Hezbollah. From his written statement: http://www.aei.org/docLib/20110707-Noriega-Testimony.pdf

Using his diplomatic status, Nassereddine has built and consolidated relationships with Hezbollah officials in the Middle East, first in Lebanon and now in Syria. Meanwhile, his brother Abdallah Nassereddine, maintains relationships in the broader Islamic community via a multi-national organization known as the Federation of Arab and American Associations. (FEARAB has affiliates throughout South America and the Caribbean with most regional meetings held in Sao Paulo or Buenos Aires.) All the while, their younger brother, Oday Nassereddine, has established a powerbase in Venezuela by setting up training operations on Margarita Island, and is now recruiting adherents via the Circulos Bolivarianos in Barquisimeto, 170 miles southwest of Caracas. (The Circulos Bolivarianos are ubiquitous neighborhood monitoring committees made up of the most radical followers of Hugo Chávez.)
FEARAB???? FEAR ARAB???? Get it? Of course what self-respecting terrorist Arab enemy of Israel scum WOULDN'T pick an acronym that spells FEAR ARAB? We mean that is just so believable, isn't it? It sounds like something straight out of Rita Katz's Site Intelligence made-for-teevee Osama tape headquarters.

Weirdly, some other brothers blacklisted in May 2009 for the very same activities by the US Treasury were named Ali, Kassam, and Husain (Hassan) Tajideen (Tajidden) [it's important to not have ANY CONSISTENCY WHATSOEVER when spelling Arabic names in English because it allows for the maximum confusion]; and Husain was allegedly killed in that mysterious Ethiopian plane crash off the coast of Lebanon (scoll down to Jan 25 for the beginning of the plane crash coverage). Somehow they had all this trouble finding the black boxes and everything, but Tajideen's body was miraculously recovered right away and buried in record time.

"Father (C) and relatives of Hassan Tajeddin, a victim of the crashed Ethiopian Airlines plane, mourn during his son's funeral at Hanawei village, southern Lebanon, January 26, 2010." Reuters

"Lebanese Nejmeh Tajeddine, center, mourns over the coffin of her husband, prominent businessman Hassan Tajeddine _ a very rich and influential Shiite family in southern Lebanon and a strong Hezbollah supporter _ who was one of few people so far identified from Monday's Ethiopian Airlines Boeing 737 crash, during his funeral in the southern village of Hanaway near the port city of Tyre, Lebanon, Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2010." AP photo

We don't know what other people see here but we know what we see. Just for comparison, this is one of the more haunting images of grief we've come across, aside from the funeral of the little girl in When The Levees Broke (the 2006 documentary).

http://peterthomson.tv/boxing-day-tsunami-2004-wave&page=6

And now we have a new set of brothers, the Nassereddines, who have a very similar profile to the Tajideen brothers.

See: passenger of interest
"Kassim Tajideen is an important financial contributor to Hizballah who operates a network of businesses in Lebanon and Africa. He has contributed tens of millions of dollars to Hizballah and has sent funds to Hizballah through his brother, a Hizballah commander in Lebanon. In addition, Kassim Tajideen and his brothers run cover companies for Hizballah in Africa."
Meanwhile Hugo Chavez has cancer, which Mr. Noriega finds a good thing, but most likely that South American terror network has already "metastasized," and something might happen in Brazil. In any case before that happens we suggest Chavez should ask Lugo who treated him in Brazil, since Lugo enjoyed a complete recovery.

See: fakers?

Fernando Lugo in May and October 2010. tiwy.com
Proving that he is a sick president?
Maybe he can thank the doctors in Brazil, since he routinely left Paraguay for treatments.

So, our point here is that this narrative is being puffed up again with more hot air. There's a lot going on and this is but one of the threads. We do expect that another false flag directly affecting Americans will be REQUIRED to catapult the propaganda. A narrative has been set up over many years that will allow instantaneous linkages through Mexico and South America, then to West Africa, and then to Lebanon and Syria, and then to Iran; the ultimate goal being, of course, "whatever war Israel wants." These experts are ready to go with all their fabricated history -- they can hop on teevee at a moment's notice and set the narrative up for ALL THE GULLIBLE AND LAZY AMERICANS WHO CALL THEMSELVES PATRIOTS BUT NEVER LIFT A FUCKING FINGER TO LOOK ANYTHING UP INDEPENDENTLY OR HAVE AN INDEPENDENT THOUGHT OR CRITICAL THINKING SESSION. It works the same way every time. These recent hearings about Hezbollah and the TBA threatening American national security fit into that narrative, which, as pointed out exhaustively in the above links, is a Crock Of Shit, just like the pre-Iraq War narratives turned out to be a Crock Of Shit.

See this video found by HHQ, around minute 55 for the run up to the war against Iraq.
