women and children first as usual

Pregnant women should get the flu shot? We recommend you do your research first. The largest public health organizations of US are urging the pregnant women to protect their health and the health of their babies by getting the flu shot, this request was made keeping the upcoming flu season in mind. The president of the March of Dimes, Dr. Jennifer L. Howse said in a statement that the organization urged the pregnant women to get their flu shots as the flu poses a high risk of illness and even death during the pregnancy. She said the flu vaccine had been seen effective and safe. During the pregnancy mothers use their immunity to protect their babies until their babies develop enough to get their own vaccination. The organization has also said that the pregnant women should get influenza shot for better effect rather than the nasal spray vaccination as the shot is made with he killed version of virus and the nasal spray is weaker than the shot and made with live viru...

tough jobs: covering big pharma's ample ass

Check out this amazing article, whereby big pharma attempts to deflect criticism that it has manipulated governments and international agencies by hyping H1N1. Actually they collaborated. Remember? They did it together they work together all together now. But if some people are going to be held accountable, well I guess it's not one big happy family after all. Note that adjuvants are suddenly an unfamiliar technology. Analyst: Adjuvanted H1N1 vaccines helped stir Europe's debate Robert Roos News Editor Jan 15, 2010 (CIDRAP News) – The use of adjuvanted vaccines, an unfamiliar technology, helped spark mistrust that may have contributed to the recent allegations in Europe that pharmaceutical companies manipulated governments and international agencies by hyping the H1N1 pandemic threat, according to a British market analyst who follows infectious disease issues. ...

there's only one word to describe this sort of thing

In the UK, over half of the scientists on SAGE have ties to drug companies. These scientists advise the UK government on the swine flu pandemic. Many have declared interests in GlaxoSmithKline, the vaccine maker expected to be the biggest beneficiary of the pandemic....Official documents show some members are linked to vaccine manufacturer Baxter and to Roche, which makes Tamiflu....They were not obliged to declare the amounts they earned but they are thought to range from around £500 for a lecture or presentation to more than £100,000 for a directorship of GSK. Some will simply be heads of university research departments which received funding from companies. Some months back I covered the circular reasoning used to defend one of these scientists, Sir Roy Anderson: Considering that the Taxpayers' Alliance makes the charge, it seems that the UK government definitely pays Sir Roy t...

damn manipulating you people is Hard Work you know

It takes planning. Lots of PR. Limited hangouts. They even have to throw their OWN PEOPLE under the bus to make this look good. Jeebus. They have to do some serious spinning and they have to start doing it *now* people, because damn you you are so uncooperative. GET OFF THE FUCKING COMPUTER AND TURN ON THE TEEVEE, WOULDJA? http://www.nytimes.com/2009/09/28/health/policy/28vaccine.html?_r=1 Don't Blame Flu Shots for All Ills, Officials Say by Donald G. McNeil, Jr. As soon as swine flu vaccinations start next month, some people getting them will drop dead of heart attacks or strokes, some children will have seizures and some pregnant women will miscarry. But those events will not necessarily have anything to do with the vaccine. That poses a public relations challenge for federal officials, who remember how sensational reports of deaths and illnesses derailed the large-scale flu vaccine drive of 1976. This time they are making plans to respond rapidly to such events and to try t...

"Making vaccine the keystone of any effort to prevent illness and save lives"

Maybe Janet should go have a gypsy read the tarot cards so she can give us even better predictions. Like for instance, what are they going to do to us when we start refusing the vaccine? That would be useful to know from the Department of Homeland Security. U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano asserted Tuesday that pandemic flu is likely to flare up soon after schools open in the fall, well before any vaccine is available. How on *earth* does she know this???? Napolitano also acknowledged that there would not be enough pandemic flu vaccine for everyone, at least in the early stages of the flu season. "There will be prioritization of vaccinations," she told members of the USA TODAY editorial board. The flu strain causing the pandemic, a new strain of H1N1 flu that is also known as swine flu, is especially dangerous because it is genetically different from virtually every other known flu virus. As a result, most people are defenseless against it — making vacc...

Accidentally On Purpose

What the hell are these people up to? HONG KONG, March 1 (Reuters) - Scientists in Hong Kong and the United States have developed an experimental H5N1 bird flu vaccine for people by piggybacking it on the well-tested and highly successful smallpox vaccine. Initial tests on mice showed the vaccine to be highly effective, they told a news conference in Hong Kong on Sunday. "It produced a lot of (H5N1) antibodies and the speed of antibody response was far higher with this strategy than the Sanofi one," said Malik Peiris, a microbiologist and bird flu expert at the University of Hong Kong. Peiris was referring to Sanofi-Aventis's (SASY.PA) H5N1 bird flu vaccine for humans, which has been approved for use in the United States. Nowhere does it say which company is making this new & improved vaccine. While H5N1 rarely infects people, experts fear it could mutate into a form that people could easily pass to one another, sparking a pandemic that could kill tens of millions ...

serious underlying conditions

Here are parents grieving the sudden loss of their children. Every parent's worst nightmare. This child in Britian died hours after receiving a vaccine against cervical cancer. The authorities say that is is very unlikely she died because of the vaccine. The program was temporarily suspended for two days "to give staff administering the vaccine training in how to answer questions from anyone concerned about its safety." They quarantined the batch of vaccine. Oh and "GlaxoSmithKline shares were down 0.68 per cent at $19.78 on the London Stock Exchange late Tuesday." LONDON – A British health official said Tuesday that the sudden death of 14-year-old girl was very unlikely to have been caused by the vaccine she was given hours before she died. Natalie Morton, who died in a hospital Monday only hours after being the given the Cervarix vaccine, which protects against the virus that causes cervical cancer, had a "serious underlying medical condition which ...

The Trifecta Theory

Here's my little theory. It's not scientific, it's just my feeling about how these various pieces fit together. Dr. Ott says the bird flu virus has always existed among bird populations and has not ever been a problem to humans. But when the bird populations get stressed by environmental factors like pollution and toxins, for example, the flu can mutate and become dangerous to the birds, culling their populations until balance is achieved. Three pieces: stress + toxins = mutation. How does that apply to humans? The economy gives us stress, and we have lots of environmental toxins, although I suspect the chemtrails deliver specific toxins toward this end. However there must be an adjuvant, a chemical that speeds up the process. And that will be provided by the vaccine, the vaccine that people will line up to take for FREE because the government cares about your health and safety. And furthermore, as a Good Citizen, you will surely be advised to take the vaccine because they ...

bringing home the bacon

In January 2004, CIDRAP published an article explaining that the CDC decided to conduct research into "the worst fears" of infectious disease experts. Jan 14, 2004 (CIDRAP News) – One of the worst fears of infectious disease experts is that the H5N1 avian influenza virus now circulating in parts of Asia will combine with a human-adapted flu virus to create a deadly new flu virus that could spread around the world. That could happen, scientists predict, if someone who is already infected with an ordinary flu virus contracts the avian virus at the same time. The avian virus has already caused at least 48 confirmed human illness cases in Asia, of which 35 have been fatal. The virus has shown little ability to spread from person to person, but the fear is that a hybrid could combine the killing power of the avian virus with the transmissibility of human flu viruses. Now, rather than waiting to see if nature spawns such a hybrid, US scientists are planning to try to breed on...
