The AP has run a story about the eight year old Chandra Levy case. All of a sudden, investigators prepare to arrest a young Salvadoran immigrant for her murder. They apologized to one of the man's other women jogging victims for taking eight years to interview her and insist that they can't sleep at night until they get a conviction. And Levy's parents want him to rot in prison, because execution would be too good for him. So this guy is toast.
Is this justice? Well, Chandra Levy purportedly worked for the Mossad. An interesting and sordid account of her prowess in the intelligence world can be read here.
But why does it resurface now? That means something. This story needs to be put to bed for some reason, and pinning Levy's murder on this Salvadoran immigrant must be part of some little narrative they're spinning to explain away some unpleasant something that maybe is about to come to light given the rapid unravelling of corrupt plans that stretch back to pre-9/11 days. I'm just guessing. If anyone has a better explanation, let's hear it.

That the the F.B.I. claimed for so long that they had no idea who or what was behind the murder of Chandra Levy is just an outright lie. They know, and knew from the start, that she was being used by the MOSSAD to obtain top secret information. The lead FBI investigator in the Chandra Levy case was Special Agent Bradley J. Garrett. He is known as "The Fixer", because he is called in to find patsy's to take the blame for government murders.This account, while making much sense to me, refers to the Mossad trying to warn American intelligence about the 9/11 plot and being met with indifference. That spin falls on deaf ears these days, but I don't know how long ago this report was written. Aside from that, it hangs together very well and is consistent with many other things I've read about the seamy intelligence world: satanic sex rituals, drugs, mind control, murder, FBI, CIA, Treasury, terrorism, McVeigh, Bush, Rove, Clinton, etc. Young people who get involved in this stuff, thinking they are serving their country, are unwittingly entering the gates of hell; and that is probably what happened to Chandra Levy. And she was good, and she found out so much that they had to kill her.

To the vast majority of Americans, the name Marc Dutroux doesn't mean much. Drop that name in Belgium though and you're likely to elicit some very visceral reactions. Dutroux - convicted along with his wife in 1989 for the rape and violent abuse of five young girls, the youngest of whom was just eleven - now stands accused of being a key player in an international child prostitution and pornography ring whose practices included kidnapping, rape, sadistic torture, and murder.
Dutroux was sentenced in 1989 to thirteen years for his crimes, but was freed after having served just three. This was in spite of the fact that, as prison governor Yvan Stuaert would later tell a parliamentary commission: “A medical report described him as a perverse psychopath, an explosive mix. He was an evident danger to society.”....
The man who turned Dutroux loose on society, Justice Minister Melchior Wathelet, soon after received a prestigious appointment to serve as a judge at the European Court of Justice at the Hague. Shortly after Dutroux’s release, young girls began to disappear in the vicinity of some of his homes. Though technically unemployed and drawing welfare from the state, he nevertheless owned at least six houses and lived quite lavishly.
The UK’s Independent, in a follow-up published in November of 2000, also confirmed that the seized materials did in fact include child snuff films: “Horrified investigators gathered images of more than 2,000 children who were filmed while being abused, raped, and … killed.” By that time, close to 1,500 people had been charged in the case, but not - as the Guardian noted - “those in high places who are believed to form a ‘paedophile lobby.’”.......
In 1998, another large-scale international ring was discovered operating out of the Netherlands and Berlin, Germany. The New York Times reported that investigators called the case “nauseating,” in that “images of abuse of even babies and infants were peddled via the Internet and other media.” Police discovered “voluminous records of what appear to be clients and suppliers from countries including Israel, Ukraine, Britain, Russia and the United States.”
