David Headley is a CIA asset & they have invested a lot of their precious resources in training him & therefore they are going to atrocious levels to protect him. The CIA always does. Thus under the cover of the American Judicial system, Headley will disappear into the prisons, soon acquire a new identity, new papers & documents, passports & Visas, Credit Cards & Bank Accounts . . . a new identity & will resurface, doing what he is best at, a terrorist-drug dealer-mercenary.Undoubtedly, the CIA-FBI, which are the world’s leading mercenary agencies, whose forte is too engineer assassinations, terror & wars, has infiltrated sections of the Indian political leadership & our internal security, as it has the Pakistani ISI, Military & Political establishment.

The Countercurrents article by Feroze Mithiborwala makes two important points:
1) How much information did the CIA actually divulge to India - very very meagre it is clear.2) More intriguingly with the Pakistani authorities & it's friends in the ISI & the Military with which the CIA has a very deep & intimate relationship, stretching over 6 decades - it supposedly shared none !!!Any moron is full aware that a 26/11 style attack could lead to a war, in fact a nuclear war between India & Pakistan, then why did not the CIA warn it's friends on either side & thus prevent the attack ??For the simple reason that it is in the strategic interests of the US & Israel to create a warlike situation across South Asia. The larger objective is for India to mobilise & deploy it's military into the war theatre in Afghanistan if required & later in the coming war on Iran, which is imminent. The tensions & warmongering has now fuelled an arms race & both the countries are amongst the top buyers of weapons, required to protect their half-starving masses.
We also note that Headley filmed the Bhabha atomic facility.
Headley filmed Bhabha atomic facility for ISI
NEW DELHI: David Headley videotaped the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) and its large residential colony in Mumbai for the ISI. This video, Headley revealed, was not given to the Lashkar-e-Taiba.
During his interrogation by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in Chicago, Headley said, "(in March 2008) Major Iqbal (who he described as his "handler" in the ISI) asked me to explore BARC in Mumbai and specially its staff colony as a target. He gave me the mobile phone camera (and) some counterfeit money." After he returned, Headley gave the video to Iqbal but did not give it to his LeT colleague, Sajid Majid. ...The other targets that Headley videotaped were Taj Presidency, World Trade Centre, Naval air station, Siddhi Vinayak Temple, Chabad House, Maharashtra police station, state assembly, El Al and Indian Airlines offices, BSE and Radio Club and Shiv Sena Bhavan. He has also surveyed almost all the Chabad Houses in many cities.^^^^^^^
Headley appears to have played a central role in the Mumbai attacks. But Headley remains safe in FBI custody. From there he continues to feed out information on who should be blamed for Mumbai, like this Major Iqbal for instance, who requested the video of the nuclear research facility, which Headley took. Naturally. He was just doing his job WORKING FOR THE CIA while pretending to work for ISI and LeT....?
Major Iqbal, a Pakistani officer, and four other LeT operatives have Interpol warrants out for their arrest. The information came from Headley. Headley who works for the CIA and perhaps even Mossad...? The red corner notices make it obligatory that every member country detain the wanted persons.
"Interpol's move has busted Islamabad's claim of innocence that it was rogue elements in the country which directed terror attacks against India. The arrest warrant against two serving officers exposes the Pakistan Army establishment's links with terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba, which carried out the attacks. The move also coincides with Former President General Pervez Musharraf's admittance that Pakistan has trained terrorists to fight in Jammu and Kashmir."How convenient!
Are they learning a lesson in India about trusting foreign intelligence agencies? Not a moment too soon?
Headley lesson: Agencies told to improve their intel network
Learning a lesson from the David Headley episode, and his wife’s unheeded warnings to the FBI, the UPA government has told intelligence agencies, primarily R&AW and IB, to develop a better source network of their own rather than rely on information sourced from other countries.
Though US diplomats have stated that all information gleaned from the Lashkar terrorist was shared with India, intelligence agencies after due diligence have reported back to the government that there is not a single reference to the Pakistan-born American national in the inputs shared by the US intelligence with them — till his arrest for the conspiracy to attack a Danish newspaper office, in October 2009.
While New Delhi understands that intelligence agencies normally do not share trade secrets, it is peeved that Headley was allowed by American agencies to travel to India for conducting reconnaissance on behalf of the Lashkar, and that he toured the National Defence College in Delhi, Pushkar, Pune’s Chabad house and other prime locations in the Capital in March 2009. This is despite the fact that transcripts of conversations between Headley, wife Faiza Outlaha and Tahhawwur Rana post-26/11 attacks — now shared with India — clearly indicate his deep involvement in the conspiracy....Given the fact that intelligence coordination between the two strategic partners is robust despite the Headley episode, New Delhi may not make any direct reference to this prickly issue during Obama’s forthcoming visit, except underlining the need for Washington to be more transparent on matters pertaining to terrorism against India.
The Indian agencies have also been told to reciprocate to American intelligence requirements on the same scale, and not go overboard as not everything shared by the West is worth the worry.
As regards this, government sources cite a recent terror alarm about an impending attack on Commonwealth Games on October 12 or 13 after a fax from a European intelligence agency. The US intelligence liaison could not verify the alleged threat. Subsequent investigations revealed that an Israeli private security contractor had over-heard an ISI agent in Kabul apparently talking in detail about an impending attack in India. The Israeli passed this on to an ex-CIA man currently employed in Walt Disney Security firm, New York, who in turn passed it on to a colleague in the same firm stationed in Mumbai. It was this Walt Disney employee who shared the input with other colleagues from Europe, which later became a subject matter of the fax to Indian intelligence. As a result, despite the information being from an unreliable source, New Delhi security agencies were on tenterhooks till October 13. New Delhi has now asked intelligence agencies to be more circumspect when dealing with inputs from other countries and to verify the same from their own sources.
"Given the fact that intelligence coordination
between the two strategic partners
is robust despite the Headley episode...."
Right. So OTHER THAN the four day organized terror attack that killed 173 and wounded another 300+, which Headley arranged and is blaming on some Pakistani B-team, which could have sparked a war between Pakistan and India, intelligence coordination between the two strategic partners is robust. Totally.
