bell book & candle

UPDATE: Also see A13's post Predictive Programming + London Olympics = The Satanic NWO Inception -- excellent unpacking as usual by A13 and also a lot of keen observations and good links in the comment thread.

^^^^^^^^

We've been looking over the London Olympics false flag chatter, and we find it all compelling. There's no question that the elites would like to close the deal on their new order in the very near future, and that requires a major chaos-inducing event. The reports of security lapses, possible bombs in the subway system, creepy predictive programming, and abundant symbolism in the structures and logo, all do point to a bad conclusion.

http://counterpsyops.com/tag/london-olympic-2012/

And yet, what if nothing happens? What if the olympics come and go and.... there's no false flag?

Remember that the Tavistockean social engineers love that stress & relief business. As we contemplate the very thorough circumstantial evidence that something horrible might go down during the olympics, let's also think a few steps past the olympics.

If nothing horrible happens, such as a spectacular terrorist attack triggering WWIII, the people noting all the circumstantial evidence will be discredited as paranoid fear-mongers. Needless to say, this would be very helpful to the social engineers. Everyone would breathe a huge sigh of relief?

And then, just when you least expect it, when you think you dodged the bullet... the catastrophe happens.

"The British firm chosen to create a 23-ton bell to ring in the Olympics has admitted it will be made in Holland. The Whitechapel Bell Foundry, which dates back to at least 1570 and cast Big Ben, was considered an obvious choice by the Olympic organiser Locog to make the bell that will mark the start of the London 2012 Games. But now the firm has revealed that while the bell – Europe’s biggest – has been designed in-house, it will be manufactured by a Dutch company." source

See Kev Boyle: 13th August London Olympics

Of the various theories expounded on in the top link, we found one that flicked our whiskers: the bell, book & candle ritual.

Bell, Book, and Candle is an old ritual of the most serious form of excommunication, the anathema, dating back to the 9th century or thereabouts.

The bell is tolled to announce the spiritual death of the excommunicant. The book from which the bishop reads the ritual (representing the authority of the Church) is closed -- as in the matter is closed, judgment as been rendered. The candles are extinguished (perhaps even thrown on the floor). Lit candles represent the light of Christ. As long as the candles are lit it is thought the offender may repent. When the offender does not repent and they are extinguished it represents the quenching of grace in the offender's soul.

From the Encyclopedia Britannica is this description:

"The ceremony was performed in some conspicuous place, and, upon its termination, letters were written to bishops of other sees to report the fact. When the assemblage had been convoked, a bishop appeared with 12 priests, and all 13 held lighted candles. The bishop, wearing violet vestments, then recited the formula, ending thus: “We separate him, together with his accomplices and abettors, from the precious body and blood of the Lord and from the society of all Christians; we exclude him from our holy mother the church in heaven and on earth; we declare him excommunicate and anathema; we judge him damned, with the devil and his angels and all the reprobate, to eternal fire until he shall recover himself from the toils of the devil and return to amendment and to penitence.” Those present answered, “So be it!” Then the bishop and the 12 priests extinguished their candles by dashing them to the ground, and (as a general rule) the ceremony then ended."

The cauldron is lit at Temple Newsam
"Torchbearer Aaron Bell lights the cauldron with the Olympic Flame at the historic estate of Temple Newsam in Leeds at the end of Day 37 of the London 2012 Olympic Torch Relay."source

How quaint and medieval and positively creepy! Cursing people by bell book & candle.
THE origin of the custom of “cursing by bell, book, and candle,” is altogether obscure. There seems to be no ground for believing that it was officially recognised by the Roman Church, and Roman Catholics have gone so far as to say that the tradition is a Protestant fabrication. Others, while admitting its authenticity, say that the practice belongs only to local rituals, and that it was forbidden by the pope whenever a case was brought before him. However this may be, we have sufficient testimony from mediæval writers to show that it was no mere old wives’ tale, but a very real terror to transgressors; and in a few cases we have accounts still extant of the time, place, and manner of the ceremony.

The late Mr. T. P. Earwaker, F.S.A. (one of the most accomplished and trustworthy archæologists of the time), published in the Manchester Courier (1878) “A curious Lancashire Record” of this 112rite. Mr. J. Paul Rylands, F.S.A., followed this up by a paper in which he cited many learned authorities bearing on the question; and to his article I am largely indebted for the information I have been able to gather.
Two passages from the “Ingoldsby Legends” will occur to every reader. (1) the occasion on which Pope Gregory was only restrained from calling down a curse on the head of Sir Ingoldsby Bray by the timely atonement of the sinner in the form of substantial gifts to the Church; (2) the Cardinal’s curse, all too thoroughly carried out, on the Jackdaw of Rheims. These can scarcely be looked upon as documentary evidence; but there is thus much of historical interest attaching to the latter legend, that the first known instance in which such sentence was pronounced occurred at Rheims about the year 900.* The culprits were murderers; but it is possible that the incident may have suggested to Barham the locale for his story.
In Shakespeare’s King John (Act 3 Scene iii), Faulconbridge is commanded to hasten to England to collect money for the wars, and responds: —
“Bell, book, and candle shall not drive me back,
When gold and silver becks me to come on.”...Staveley says the curse “was solemnly thundered out once in every quarter; the Fyrst Sonday of Advent at comyng of our Lord Jhesus Cryst; the fyrst Sonday of Lenteen; the Sonday in the Feste of the Trynyte; and Sonday within the Utas (octave) of the blessed Vyrgin our Lady S. Mary.”

Well, as it turns out, the fourth quarter occasion for this ritual, the Sunday within the octave of the blessed virgin, seems to be Sunday August 12th, the day of the closing ceremony. The church's liturgical year ends on All Saint's Day, November 1st.

http://www.thesacredheart.com/feastmar.htm

ASSUMPTION OF MARY INTO HEAVEN - Feast - August 15This uniterrupted tradition of the Church dates back to 549 A.D. as witnessed by Gregory of Tours and other Fathers of the Church. According to private revelations by St. Bridget and recent archeological findings, Ephesus is the most likely place where Mary died. In 1946 Pope Pius XII received an affirmative response from all the bishops and promulgated the dogma of Mary's assumption on November 1, 1950.
QUEENSHIP OF THE VIRGIN MARY - Feast - August 22This feast was instituted on May 31, 1955 by Pope Pius XII when he issued the encyclical "Ad coeli Reginam". This feast had actually been proposed five times prior to Pius XII action. It was moved to the Octave of Mary's Assumption into Heaven to link it with her glorification as stated in Lumen GentiumThe Immaculate Virgin was taken up body and soul into heavenly glory when her earthly life was over, and exalted by the Lord as Queen over all things, that she might be the more fully conformed to her Son, the Lord of lords Rv 19:16 and conqueror of sin and death.
So, perhaps a bit of a stretch, but then again, isn't it all?

"The Closing Ceremony celebrates the achievements of athletes at the London 2012 Olympic Games, and includes a Handover from one Host City to the next. In 2012, London will hand over to Rio de Janeiro for the 2016 Olympic Games. The Closing Ceremony also features the extinguishing of the Olympic Flame, signalling the end of the Games."

http://www.london2012.com/spectators/ceremonies/closing-ceremony/

The whole thing is a ritual from start to finish. The closing ceremony may be a ritual to extinguish the light of Christ in all who participate? To excommunicate the living? How many people will be watching the spectacle worldwide, and riding along the emotional wave? Even if we get to the other side of it unscathed, don't think that we dodged anything. There may be other forms of false flag to disseminate throughout the world at the conclusion of the ritual.

PS. We think it would be a good idea not to watch the closing ceremony. Passive non compliance means don't participate. Don't watch and don't listen.

Wonderful post A.P :)
Can't wait to see these ceremonies and try to unpack them, layer by layer... and with what you have done here empathizes the relation of the "church" and ritual that is important to the occult power of the events..there are so many different angles to this and many opinions and interpretations to go on and you have
eloquently explored the catholic ritual aspect of this..i wonder now how they will extinguish the flame?
maybe like in the bell book and candle ritual...
also the Fatima apparition mysteries occurred around 12/13th of each month??
many regards to you.
Cheers A13

Hi Dear A13, I agree there are many angles and that is the trouble. A lot of good work has been done, and if there is no "event" then it seems that these people were wrong, and it could be that they are not wrong. It's just that the event is not so direct. It could be the disease angle we have discussed, something like that. It's terrible to even think it all through, the amount of deception and how it forces one to think along these evil paths. But this is our reality for those with eyes to see. Given what we know about the church, and it's involvement in the rituals, it is an obscure but verifiable angle to the ritualistic dimension of the occult. We don't know if it is true, but we understand that all true satanic priests come from the ranks of catholic priests. We have covered this in the Sabbatean research, for those new to the situation that it is our global reality.

I did not know about the 12th/13th angle for the Fatima mysteries..

Hi again A.P
Here is some info on Fatima..it is the 13th day..

cheers A13..

Off topic..how's that shooting in Aurora hey??
http://www.reddirtreport.com/Story.aspx/23062

sounds right up Aferris' alley!!

the guy that killed all those people was a recent neuroscience student, who had just recently dropped out..this was a manufactured event...IMO..but anyway..unpacking for another time and place..
also..maybe this event at "Aurora" signifies the start of other major events...like..the dark night .The night is darker before the dawn.

Thanks for the links, very interesting! In the RDR story he remembers being "glued to the teevee" days before the Olympics 28 years ago and having images of another murder spree seared into his mind. The Olympics are such a huge magnet for attention and programming, so yeah any messages they want, now is a great time to deliver the preparatory mindfuckery.

As with the closing ceremonies, there will be so many people watching. Those who are watching for general interest, and those who are watching for the false flag, etc. And what if everyone watching is unwittingly participating in a death ritual? Consent. The consent of the steeple for the unleashing of the disease to come next?

Hey Peasant, thanks for this interesting article. Why don't we in turn instate some kind of ceremony analogous to theirs, ejecting them from the human family? They are, after all, enemies of all humanity judging by their actions and all what is becoming known about them.

Have a nice weekend :-)

A. Peasant said...

Is that you swits? Yeah I'm down with giving them the boot. Anyway for starters people should not participate in all these rituals, like all this bell ringing shit they want to do to kick off the Olympics. They call it work no. 1197. People would do better to shun these rituals, not participate due to the occult meanings.do not give them consent no matter how harmless these things seem.

Haha, no, not me that time! Haven't done much reading up on "ZION 2012"...but anything with that as it's official art is bound for disaster. I remember suraci saying something along the lines of part of the landscaping looking like "an eye and a triangle"...or something along those lines. Miss reading that guy.

I've been watching very closely how the media shapes this "Aurora" narrative. So far, from what I've heard on talk radio, it's all about how we all should be so very thankful to the firemen and police for "working together" and "putting their lives on the line". (They were discussing the disarmament of the alleged "booby-trapped" apartment)

This guy has put together some questions, but something about "natural news" doesn't sit right with me. Take from it what you will. http://www.naturalnews.com/036536_James_Holmes_shooting_false_flag.html

Gotta run. Catch up later.

Hey swits, yeah this aurora psyop is quite elaborate. Adams and natural news is no doubt cointelpro. Always with the limited hangout like in this case his theory of the shooters Atypical behavior ranges from! I quote: "that can only typically be accomplished through drugs, hypnosis or trauma (and sometimes all three)"

Really??? Really mike?? Thise are the ONLY explanations?? Would the big staff at a big successful website like natural news have any ability to research other military technologies that we lowly bloggers have come across, like the SSSS technology? Or is the idea to steer people away from that by admitting all sorts of other things?

I've read many articles from that site and I have seen this kind of misdirect many times.

Jennifer lake has unpacked this Adams guy somewhere over her place. I am limping along with a broken laptop and relying on my iPad which is slowing me down a lot, so you'd have to go and search her site but it's there. Also I thought there is a great comment at A13s place by chr0m3lung about the nature of the blogosphere and all these big successful sites and the mystery of success on the web, so elusive for some but not others. And I would put natural news in that category.

Thanks for the info, as I've been wondering myself about the curious nature of some sites on the blogosphere. Seems like the information is getting ” thicker” to wade through, so to speak.
I'm driving and typing on an android phone right now, but will definitely follow up on those two leads when I get a chance.
It's so easy to promote an article when you agree with 80% of what's stated...I need to be more critical of what's left out, rather than simply focusing on what I like to see.
Maybe it's time to do a backup and complete wipe and reinstall on the laptop? I've done that about 3 times in the past 7 years and the old Dell 600m is still surfing along!

A. Peasant said...

"It's so easy to promote an article when you agree with 80% of what's stated..."

That is exactly why disinformation works so well, the 80 or 90% creates credibility, and even if you Realize there is something off, it's easy to chalk that up to our old friend human error, or whatever. But on a big established site with staff and budgets and the whole pail of worms, that excuse is highly Suss. A lot of times it is what is left out that gives the game away, but if you don't know what you're looking for you won't know if they leave it out. The more credibility a site has the more likely that people will rely on it over smaller ie less credible sites, reducing the chances that you will know the info left out. This is so human nature 101. The social engineers know exactly how predictable people are and they always use that to their advantage. I came to the conclusion some time ago that quality of analysis is inversely related to popularity on the web. That is no accident.

I will probably reformat my hard drive but need to be sure my stuff is safe first. Such a hassle. Gotta get the IT dept at TB on that right away haha. We are on year 5 with the laptop, seven years is very impressive!

Thanks for the link over A.P :)
Chromelung3 's comment got me thinking hard as well..
not just the blogshpere..but about all of it..
the MK and delivery of such, involved in Aurora is astounding..
the chemical bombardments, the ssss factor, plus numerous other technologies, tied in together, in unison..plus the already brainwashed masses out there, and the predictable reactions...and counter reactions/actions are visible and obvious..
Cheers A13

I can't comment on many blogs, trying it again here boss.

The best explanation on the shooter in co was he was having no problems working at a Hebrew day camp. (big brothers and sisters) He may have been drugged in the car and the shooter dropped off pieces of uniform and tossed the gun inside. The shotgun always being there. He may have been so drugged up he didn't know what was going on when the police showed up.

It also happened to be a training day in Denver.

Hi dubs, aan has a post covering some of those points. Very good points.

Aurora is the name of the Roman goddess of the dawn, the mother of Lucifer the bringer of light. And the shooter's father is apparently about to testify before a US committee about the rigging of financial markets, he having written the most sophisticated algorithmic software for the markets. There's definitely something fishy going on.

A. Peasant said...

Idid not know that about the father. It also ties into this timeframe here referencing the satanic ritual calendar

http://www.conspiracyplanet.com/channel.cfm?channelid=126&contentid=10083

7/20 to 26: Abduction and ceremonial prep and holding of sacrificial victim for Grand climax, on

7/27: day of opening ceremony, with children in hospital beds.

Of course the aurora shooting taking place on 7/20, so we have interlocking rituals?

Hi AP. I have been reading your blog as time allows for a few years or more already, but have never commented, due to time constraints or shyness. Anyways, I want to thank you for all the incredible information you have compiled here for our benefit. I first came here to check out your posts about psychopaths as we have a fair bit of personal experience with such people in our previous field of employment (teaching).

As a former catholic, it was interesting to read about the excommunication ritual. As you point out, there are so many angles and possibilities being explored that one is forced just to sit back and watch and wait. To me, the 2nd 9-11 idea seems very much like how these people think and plan (8/11/12 = 81/11/2 = 9/11 2). We are definitely doing our own private olympics boycott.

About Natural News, Anthony Muga says that it is owned by General Stubblebind, former army/cia intel. (http://hatrickpenry.wordpress.com/2012/07/07/alex-thomas-co-founder-of-the-intel-hub-oracle-is-a-shill-network-29/)

A. Peasant said...

Hi there motherbarbarian! I am so glad you commented. I did not know about your blog or hatrickpenry's either. Thank you for the link, i forget who was asking about naturalnews so i hope he or she sees this.

Also very interesting about theintelhub. I personally dont think that anyone with integrity will be picked up or carried on any of the bigger sites for any length of time, if ever. Too dangerous for the spooks. Thus all the best work is hidden away in the weeds. Oh well. May those who seek, find.

I am glad you are boycotting the olympics, at least the ceremonies. I think the bell book candle idea got around the block a little bit, but yeah, theresnothing much we can do at this point but watch. I find it so creepy. As a retired catholic, i know the trance power of the rituals. I used to love the smells and bells.
