a white horse or spaceship

We have been talking about weather. We have big weather problems. We think this weather agenda ties into some other things going on or about to go on.

First we want to establish that weather modification has been going on for a long time.

Here's something strange that happened in Australia on January 22, 2010.

See : 128km Radar Loop for Broome, 21:00 21/01/2010 to 21:00 22/01/2010 UTC

Totally natural.

From this link titled Weather Modification, by Philip L. Hoag, circa 1996-98, we learn about various experiments conducted by the US and the Soviet Union going back decades.
Weather modification technology is in use today by both the United States and the Soviet Union. Both the U.S. and Soviet projects involve the manipulation of the ionosphere and the alteration of the earth’s magnetic fields. This technology seems to have both localized and global capabilities. Evidence indicates that this technology also has the capability of manipulating human behavior and mood patterns.

...Tesla also experimented with electromagnetic flux and studied the earth’s gravitational field. During his research he discovered that the ionization of the atmosphere would alter when it was charged by radio wave transmissions in the low frequency range of 10 to 80 hertz. Tesla also discovered that he could cause both positive and negative ionization of the atmosphere by manipulating the radio frequency. Further studies indicated that with positive ionization, people and animals became tired and lethargic and with negative ionization the effect was one of feeling active and energetic.

The article describes various programs, including one called GWEN.

GWEN units are capable of altering the magnetic field within a 200- to 250-mile radius. The individual units themselves are made up of 300-foot tall towers which transmit radio waves through hundreds of bare copper wires which are each 300 feet in length. These wires are buried in the ground in a spoke pattern radiating out from the base of the tower. The wires interact with the earth like a thin-shelled conductor, radiating the radio wave energy for very long distances through the ground.
Coincidence? We have no idea. Could be several generations of technology removed.
In any case, we're sure you agree it looks totally natural.

Why is this important? Because we guess these X wars technologies might be causing droughts, storms, famines, etc. And that is a problem. And problems require solutions. And we see that the same people who would have the technology to cause the problems also have the technology to provide solutions. And we would expect that they will come forth with the solutions at some point.

How will a solution be offered? How do they bridge the gap from having very limited power and control over the weather, supposedly, to being able to offer miraculous solutions? They really can't. A third party is needed, a god-like third party.

The process of destroying the environment, causing distress and fear, creating terrorism, causing distress and fear, works to prime people for accepting the solutions offered. And whoever comes riding in on a white horse (or spaceship) with the solutions will be a hero.

^^^^^^^

Second, we know that stress is a key component of social engineering, of making people malleable.

Social engineering. We have written about it many times. Tavistock, etc.

See, in particular: and one day the owner came home and was gravely disappointed

Psychopaths know the secret of bullying, and so do the people at Tavistock.
"So what bullies usually do, they start and stop, start and stop. That achieves the maximal stress syndrome, and this is the great secret of bullying. Never overdo it. Small doses. The victim will do the rest." ~ Sam Vaknin, psychopath

The founders of Tavistock realized that by repeating and alternating stress and reliefs, people became malleable.

The idea is to keep the environment constantly unstable. Constant instability -- repeating and alternating stress and reliefs -- makes people malleable.

Terrorism and dangerous weather are both unpredictable. They help keep the environment constantly unstable. This constant worry about terrorism and dangerous weather helps keep people under stress and therefore malleable.

^^^^^^^

Some people foresaw the X wars.
How to wreck the environment, a chapter from Unless Peace Comes, by Gordon J.F. MacDonald, was written in 1968.

What does he say?

Among future means of obtaining national objectives by force, one possibility hinges on man’s ability to control and manipulate the environment of his planet. When achieved, this power over his environment will provide man with a new force capable of doing great and indiscriminate damage. Our present primitive understanding of deliberate environmental change makes it difficult to imagine a world in which geophysical warfare is practised. Such a world might be one in which nuclear weapons were effectively banned and the weapons of mass destruction were those of environmental catastrophe. As I will argue, these weapons are peculiarly suited for covert or secret wars.

Substantial progress within the environmental sciences is slowly overcoming the gap between fact and fiction regarding manipulations of the Earth’s physical environment. As these manipulations become possible, history shows that attempts may be made to use them in support of national ambitions. To consider the consequences of environmental modification in struggles among nations, we need to consider the present state of the subject and how postulated developments in the field could lead, ten to fifty years from now, to weapons systems that would use nature in new and perhaps unexpected ways. [42 years ago]

The key to geophysical warfare is the identification of the environmental instabilities to which the addition of a small amount of energy would release vastly greater amounts of energy. Environmental instability is a situation in which nature has stored energy in some part of the Earth or its surroundings far in excess of that which is usual. To trigger this instability, the required energy might be introduced violently by explosions or gently by small bits of material able to induce rapid changes by acting as catalysts or nucleating agents. The mechanism for energy storage might be the accumulation of strain over hundreds of millions of years in the solid Earth, or the super-cooling of water vapour in the atmosphere by updraughts taking place over a few tens of minutes. Effects of releasing this energy could be world-wide, as in the case of altering climate, or regional, as in the case of locally excited earthquakes or enhanced precipitation.
"It would be naive to think that someone, somewhere is not working on this right now." ~ Dean Radin

See many more articles of interest here.

People have been manipulating the weather and manipulating human beings for decades. They have made a big mess and caused untold stress, suffering and death. They have destroyed things, irreplaceable things like the Gulf of Mexico.

^^^^^^^

So who is going to save the planet? The aliens of course. This is the solution to the problem. The same people who presided over the destruction of this planet will also control the solution. This will be the ultimate hegelian mindfuck. Remember, they control both sides. They set up the problem and then they offer the solution.

Remember Alfred Lambremont Webre? We have talked about him before and he was in the news again on January 2, 2011.

Alfred Lambremont Webre was one of the uber-globalists who said that satanists were in the Catholic Church. Among his many credentials, we note that he was a Fulbright Scholar, Yale graduate, consultant to the Ford Foundation, futurist at Stanford Research Institute, and NGO representative to the UN, etc.

On December 26, 2010, Michael Cohen at allnewsweb wrote:
All News Web has received information from government insiders close to the US President that Barack Obama has been given the go ahead to make an important "off the cuff" announcement regarding UFO visits and US contact with aliens.
Allegedly DARPA has given this move the green light. The comments by the President will be made within the next month.
Our sources claim this will not be outright admittance of UFO visits and contact with aliens, however the comments will come as close to admittance as any President has to date and will be made in the context of a speech on an entirely different matter.
From what we understand The President will concede that there is 'some evidence' to suggest aliens might have attempted to contact Earthlings.
All of this is said to be part of a warm up program leading to eventual outright admittance of knowledge of UFO and alien visitation by major world governments within three years.
Well, aren't we special? Why not CNN?

Following up, Webre writes for the Seattle Examiner, another minor news outlet in the whole scheme of things:

Rumor: Obama to announce UFO visits and US contact with ETs in 2011? by Alfred Lambremont Webre

Speculation that Barack Obama has a mandate (or an inherited legacy) to be the ET Disclosure President is already fueling new rumors of an extraterrestrial disclosure by the U.S. Commander in Chief in 2011.

Webre writes about communication with a regional galactic governance council. Allegedly a former NATO-Spanish intelligence agent has been in contact with the council. The ETs have a plan.

This NATO source predicted the UFO sightings over NYC on 11/24/10.

The essence of the council's message is that in an extraordinary meeting around Jan 2010 (Earth time), members of the council met and determined to set aside the law of non-intervention, as it made a factual determination that the ecology of the Earth was on the verge of collapse and beyond the capability of human technology to forestall collapse and species extinction.
Accordingly, the council indicated it had made a decision to intervene with advanced technology (probably Pleiadean) by 2015 (if not before) and clean the atmosphere of the Earth.  The council is also seeking to make a world speech explaining their ecological plan in 2014 (if not before).  Both Mr. Fulham and the NATO-Spanish intelligence officer mentioned that their interdimensional sources indicated large-scale social, financial, governmental, etc changes would take place on the planet 2011-14.
He writes that human consciousness will expand and can now handle the truth. What truth? The simple truth that we inhabit a planet with soulless psychopaths arrayed in positions of power across the world and we need to remove these people? No. We have too much evidence for that -- just look around. No, the truth that people will finally be able to handle is that aliens are coming to save us from all our woes.

Much more dramatic. Good show.

Good Post AP, and a belated Happy New Year to you and yours.

Project Bluebeam is alive and well then..? I'll say the same as I have before; If TBTB have a light-show planned for us, they'd better make it a good one!

12 minutes? that sounds serious...

you are entirely welcome. thank you so much for reading.
As much as I believe that the govt. is keeping technological advancement from happening until it can be turned into guaranteed maximum profit, I cannot buy into this "Blue Beam" scheme, simply because to do so would be to throw away all plans based on religion. To acknowledge existence of a higher race watching over us would negate the idea of God, at least in the current understanding of the divine concept. I agree that such a move by the powers that be would be the ultimate "mind-fuck," especially if it could be successfully argued that any alien presence was representing the Creator.
But that whole idea presupposes that the hidden rulers want to heal the earth and the human race, at some point. I think that all available evidence points to the opposite of that conclusion--that is, that they are pushing us to the point of accepting a great culling of the "useless eaters." They want to scare us so bad, making us so desperate that we are willing to accept nuclear war as a solution.
A. Peasant said…
hmm. i don't know. they seem like the types that want their cake and eat it too, so they would like a great culling, but they would also like to continue sipping martinis on the yacht without worrying about nuclear fallout.

if they do go with a blue beam, i would definitely expect them to redefine the idea of God, as you suggest. we've had it all wrong, etc. it's also possible that a limited nuclear event would also fit into this plan of needing non-human technology to clean up the atmosphere, as stated in the last excerpt, the decision was made to intervene and "clean the atmosphere of the Earth." nuclear fallout would certain justify such an intervention.

so perhaps not an all-out nuclear war, but a limited attack (esp. a false flag on a country that *does not* have nuclear weapons to retaliate with, like Iran), and then before things spiral out of control completely and everyone is sufficiently terrified, an intervention... ?

who knows. may they fail in their evil endeavors.

Nice bit of 'joining the dots', AP

Peter Chamberlain said, "I cannot buy into this "Blue Beam" scheme, simply because to do so would be to throw away all plans based on religion."

I believe that decision to throw the (previously agreed) religious plans overboard has already been made and accounts for the religious scandals in the jewish owned media and the catholic church's retaliation by various means.

I expect to see more 'disclosures' this year including more allegations such as Alfred Lambremont Webre's charges of satanism in the catholic church as noted by AP

the bird incident is very bizarre. no ideas on that yet...

James, we know the two things that have to be replaced for NWO to kick in are the one world currency and the one world religion, so yes i agree that there have been many hatchets taken to the roots of religion.

for anyone with the patience, i found a video of webre and this other fellow talking about an event coming this summer in colorado. intrigues within intrigues. note that the organizers told this guy they want to put children in some circle for a ritual with the aliens. i smell a scapegoat...

i find it completely disingenuous that webre would be sleuthing things at this level considering his stature in elite circles.

My comments were directed to Peter which I see I didn't make clear. I wouldn't trust Webre, either, as he will have an agenda.

There were incidents of flocks of birds falling dead from the sky in Western Australia a few years ago, too. The coincidence is striking. I'll try and find a link later.

Reagan seeded the idea with his alien threat comment. That Nazi they relocated along with all the rest during Paperclip said the same thing.

In the old days it's was Fatima visions and such like. Even Joan of Ark had a "religious moment" that inspired her to do apparently incredible things, though she was probably just another puppet supported by secret technology back then.

It'll either be aliens or the return of a messiah next time. They just pull our strings, and most people jump.

Some of us don't know, we just get more angry and impassioned to fight these creatures.

Remember that old commercial where the redneck says (with his country twang) "aliens done it, I seen 'em"? Bluebeam is going to flop - nobody's gonna believe that old shuck and jive, we've seen too many episodes of the Outer Limits. Then again, the elite seem to thrive in the face of public incredulity. Off topic question - in your blogs you say "we suggest, we've found, we want to establish, we guess, etc."... who's we? Do you have a team of reseachers or did you mean we in the editorial sense? Not that it matters but I just felt like asking (total noob question, I know). Anyways, excellent post - although I did miss the owl. I guess it would cheapen it if the owl appeared in every one.

Hi Peasant
Some of this stuff is so surreal it is hard to comment on sometimes. They have supposedly been dusting off blue beam for sometime. If there are real aliens out there one has to wonder what they think of all this. I am sure most enterprising aliens would go straight to bama if they wanted to make contact.

In fact I have read there are supposed to be alien bases in the Himalayas and China as well as Siberia and they have been there for a long time.

In fact here is a link to it have had on one blog for ages.

dubs,
you are so right. why would the aliens negotiate with psychopaths? presumably they would be intelligent and enlightened enough to know what many of us down here have sussed out with out mere human brains and the interwebs.

if the aliens were real, and truly good, then the FIRST thing they would do is round up the psychopaths in some secure manner. that would prove their bona fides. after solving our one real problem, psychopaths, only *then* would they negotiate with the rest of humanity.

i don't suppose that would happen.

You are such a level headed lady Peasant and I am always happy when you find my comments of value. When you delve into history is replete with mention of these "aliens". There is a painting by a master hidden in the vatican showing Mary holding twins and a space ship in the background.

The Pharoah is noted as having intimate contact with them and tales of saucers gliding over the great pyramid.

Alexander it is said in Greek history watched saucers destroy the wall of a fort and they did not even have to fight the soldiers fled in terror. So yep it is a subject I have always found interesting.

Along these same lines is a piece by one of my favorite writers Michael Tsarion.

I think Tsarion and David Icke both have valuable information to share. I enjoy them both and I listen to them, but I ignore the parts involving aliens. Maybe aliens are real - nobody knows - the universe is a big place - but I've never seen any aliens. I definately believe in UFOs - but those could just be advanced government aircraft.

Many people shy away from the subject of aliens as it cannot be proven one way or another and for the most part is ancient history and stories handed down over the years. Of course for some any discussion of it is a tools which can be used to discredit anything else one says or writes.

It is a subject I have found interesting and have read quite a bit in this area but more importantly have been fortunate enough to discuss it with many native Americans who take a keen interest in this area. To them their entire history is tied up in it as any Native American sage or story teller will tell you they are not descended from monkeys, they are the descendants of supernatural beings who came from the stars in highly sophisticated craft. Even the blankets and potter they make are embellished with such emblems.

The Cheyenne indian symbol is a circle with a balanced cross and it represents the planet of the crossing, yes the same one in the cuneiform tablets which suggest a planet 8 times the size of Jupiter caused the deluge of Noah when it entered our system. So yes there is plenty of evidence something is going on.

In China we have the Temple of Heaven. The Chinese indicate that at one time the area was roamed by ancient Gods who came from the stars and you could not enter the "said to be underground" cities in the area. Are all these people wrong or are they lying? Chines lore tells us of ancient Gods who could throw lightning bolts from their hands and destroy entire armies on the battle field. Their skin was said to have a greenish tint. It is also said they will once again return and go into battle with mortal man once again.

Interestingly the cuneiform tablets of the middle east hint at the same thing.

When Peter cut off the ear of one of the Roman soldiers who came for Jesus, we are told Jesus said do you not think I could summon twelve legions of angels here if I so wished? We know the bible has been re-arranged but still some rather interesting material is still there. Were they spirit beings or real people with a genetic make up we know little about?

There is also a Chinese sage, I believe Master Po who stated that war is waged both in the heavens and upon earth, as well as in men's minds as well as their hearts and souls.

Where I part company with David Icke is his theory that aliens are dracos/aliens who want to take over the planet and eat us and have inhabited the royal houses.
This is all too simplistic for me and remember there have been many murders and killings among the royal houses over time. I am further mystified that Mr. Icke seems to enjoy very little interference in Europe where many with opposed views are hounded relentlessly.

No from all I have seen and heard there probably are aliens and it could well be there is a policy of non-interference at present but a policy that could change with the right circumstances. At nay rate we know people have simply gotten dead that wanted to talk a lot about it. Gordon Duff recently ran a piece concerning soldiers who said UFOs shut down nuclear war heads in the midwest for a time. Are all these people lying or crazy?

well, if these aliens really exist, we can apply the same standard to everything else: by their fruits shall we know them. i know what i would expect of supposedly enlightened beings.
Anonymous said…
When it comes to miraculous happenings in the past, the explanation I tend to lean towards is the one about enlightened human beings with vast stores of hidden knowledge, even access to flying craft during the time of the pyramids. For that theory to work you'd need to be open to the idea of past ages of humanity - where humans built up their technology, somehow destroyed themselves (probably through infighting), and then had to start all over, maybe a few different times, but they still held on to their histories and technologies.

From the best information available, the cuneiform tablets found in the Berlin Museum and the ones "looted in Iraq" do say beings came from the stars in advanced crafts and created 12 tribes of humans using their own genetic qualities which they transferred to the womb of a primitive being already on the earth.

Scientists now say they can track the DNA of the human race back to the beginning and it started with one female on the African continent. The scientists refer to this woman even as LULU, the same name given to her by the Sumerians. Subjective speculation is it may have been someone closely related to the Yeti or abominable snowman. American indians say the same.

The tablets go on to say these Sumerians brought seed, grains, fruit, agriculture and mathematics, even the art of beer and wine making with them and taught the earthlings their ways. It is not debatable that human evolution, at least what we can trace took a giant leap about the time this was supposed to have taken place.

In fact India's oldest book, the Mahabharatta contains the same story and even has a detailed diagram of a spacecraft. The book itself took six hundred years to write and was finished about 23 hundred years ago. The pilot of the crraft is indicated to be Ninurta, just as outlined in the Berlin tablets.

It doesn't square with Icke's theories on aliens who want to eat and destroy humanity.

I've got my doubts about Tsarion.
Used to read his stuff years ago, but like Alex Jones, his personal attitude got he better of me. Not to say he doesn't have some valid ideas, but the fact he's a Bravatsky follower, not to mention a member of the Rosicrusians, is enough for me to keep hi way past arms length.

I like Terence McKenna's view of what Aliens could be. Much more plausible in my mind.
