Sometimes people don't have as much time as they would like to figure out what they really think about current events. There's a lot to sort through, and much of it is contradictory.
Once in a while I come across something that really cuts through the confusion like a hot knife through butter.
It's long, but please don't start looking unless you're committed to looking at them all. It could take a few minutes. You may have to stop and collect yourself, as I did. Imagine being there.
Imagine your children being there.
The Iraq War is immoral, and it was immoral from it's conception. None of the suffering that has followed can be justified, and the suffering of innocent children especially can never be justified. Ever.
Our devastation is nothing compared to theirs. This much is clear.
