The Anti-Radiation Diet
A balanced body can heal itself … but it needs your help. It’s important to pay close attention to the foods and dietary supplements you consume. Here’s why.
Diet and your body’s susceptibility to radiation are closely entwined. Radiation and pollutants destroy vitamins A, C, E, K several N vitamins, essential fatty acids, calcium and neuro-hormones. If your body lacks calcium. Potassium and other nutrients, it will more readily absorb the radioactive elements that are similar in structure to these nutrients.
Your best bet is to eat natural, fresh, organic (as much as possible) unprocessed foods, avoiding, white sugar, red meat, refined wheat, caffeine and homogenized milk. Here is a list of widely recommended foods and food supplements that can help to balance your body chemistry. This list is by no means exhaustive, but it will give you a good starting place.
The list includes, among other things, lots of fruits and vegetables.

The Swedish Government monitored the radiation level of foods following the Chernobyl disaster. They found that most animal based foods including meat, dairy, and fish had higher levels of radioactive substances than fruits, vegetables, grains, and potatoes. Eating plant based foods can reduce exposure to radioactive substances by avoiding concentrations of these substances in animal fat and tissues. A plant centered diet in the midst of radiation exposure provides lower levels of radioactive substances as well as fiber, antioxidants, and phytochemicals that have the potential to reduce cancer rates associated with radiation exposure.Kind of funny that just at a time when it is more important than ever for people to eat right, this deadly strain of e coli has hit the food supply in the fresh food sector, causing people to SHUN fruits and vegetables, out of FEAR.

First the Spanish cucumbers. Then the salad veggies. Now the SPROUTS.
German officials are waiting for further test results to confirm any link, but they believe there is a connection with infected patients and bean sprouts grown at one farm in Uelzen, south of Hamburg.
Yes, there they are BELIEVING in the connection before the evidence has actually come in.
Now this is how the e coli infection works:
Note that it says about "Fruits and Vegetables: droppings of sick animals find their way into water bodies that in turn feed the soil."
Bean sprouts are grown from seeds in steam drums at a temperature of 38C.
So it really doesn't seem POSSIBLE for sprouts to be the source, unless the sprout seeds themselves were implanted with the bacteria, suggesting that the chain of evidence go one more step, to whoever supplied the sprout seeds and got the bacteria inside the very seeds.
As the agriculture minister for Lower Saxony, Gert Lindemann, puts it, this is "ideal" breeding ground for all bacteria.However, it is uncertain how the O104 strain of E. coli could get there in the first place. The bacterium normally lives in the gut of animals and E. coli outbreaks can start when faeces are used as fertiliser or when they contaminate water.
However, Klaus Verbeck, managing director of the farm in Germany, is reported as saying: "The salad sprouts are grown only from seeds and water, and they aren't fertilised at all. There aren't any animal fertilisers used in other areas on the farm either."
It is possible that even if tests confirm that the outbreak started at the farm, this might not be the ultimate source.
Dr Stephen Smith, a clinical microbiologist at Trinity College Dublin, said: "E. coli can stick tightly to the surface of seeds needed to make sprouts and they can lay dormant on the seeds for months, during germination the population of bugs can expand 100,000 fold.So far we are told the evidence chain stops here:
"However, and this is probably the key to the German outbreak, the bacteria are inside the sprout tube as well as outside. Thus washing probably had no effect. The bottom line is that it is crucial to source where the seeds came from and recall any stock."
Reports earlier on Monday traced the virus to bean sprouts grown on a farm in Germany's Lower Saxony region, some 70 km (40 miles) south of Hamburg. Lower Saxony Agriculture Minister Gert Lindemann said on Sunday there was a "very clear trail" leading to a small farm near Uelzen in Lower Saxony that supplied various types of sprouts to restaurants and retailers.

Most convincing? Bizarre. Bizarre because the company growing these sprouts, an organic farm, grows 18 other varieties of sprouts, and Lindemann himself said that the sprouts can't be solely to blame for the outbreak. How would it be possible for there to be MORE THAN ONE source for an outbreak of this rarity?
It’s unclear whether the bacteria came from the water the sprout seeds were grown in or the seedlings themselves, which came both from within Germany and from outside the country, Lindemann said. The farm has been shut down, he said. Sprouts were either delivered directly by the farm or through a distributor to the states of Hamburg, Schleswig- Holstein, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Lower Saxony and Hesse, Lindemann said.And now we learn, after those organic sprouts have gone under the bus... NEVERMIND! It's not the sprouts. It must be SOME OTHER culprit. But just to be safe, you should probably not eat any fruits and vegetables until they can sort it all out.
The message is: remain afraid. This is not over yet. They still don't know the source of this deadly outbreak. Start and stop the stress. Social engineering. Tavistock. Keep people malleable.
And DON'T LOOK AT THE LABS. Don't look too close. You might find something.
Forensic evidence emerges about the e coli superbug:
When scientists at Germany's Robert Koch Institute decoded the genetic makeup of the O104 strain, they found it to be resistant to all the following classes and combinations of antibiotics:And this cannot really happen by accident in nature.
• nalidixic acid
• amoxicillin / clavulanic acid
In addition, this O104 strain posses an ability to produce special enzymes that give it what might be called "bacteria superpowers" known technically as ESBLs:
On top of that, this O104 strain possesses two genes -- TEM-1 and CTX-M-15...so deadly that many people infected with such bacteria experience critical organ failure and simply die.
When considering the genetic evidence that now confronts us, it is difficult to imagine how this could happen "in the wild." While resistance to a single antibiotic is common, the creation of a strain of e.coli that's resistant to eight different classes of antibiotics -- in combination -- simply defies the laws of genetic permutation and combination in the wild. Simply put, this superbug e.coli strain could not have been created in the wild. And that leaves only one explanation for where it really came from: the lab.
...Now, remember: All this is happening on the heels of the EU ban on medicinal herbs and nutritional supplements -- a ban that blatantly outlaws nutritional therapies that help keep people healthy and free from disease. Now that all these herbs and supplements are outlawed, the next step is to make people afraid of fresh food, too. That's because fresh vegetables are medicinal, and as long as the public has the right to buy fresh vegetables, they can always prevent disease.Aha, so, terrorism.....? Yes. From labs... ? Which labs... ? Big pharma labs? Military labs? Foreign technology incubator labs?
But if you can make people AFRAID of fresh vegetables -- or even outlaw them altogether -- then you can force the entire population onto a diet of dead foods and processed foods that promote degenerative disease and bolster the profits of the powerful drug companies.
It's all part of the same agenda, you see: Keep people sick, deny them access to healing herbs and supplements, then profit from their suffering at the hands of the global drug cartels.
GMOs play a similar role in all this, of course: They're designed to contaminate the food supply with genetic code that causes widespread infertility among human beings. And those who are somehow able to reproduce after exposure to GMOs still suffer from degenerative disease that enriches the drug companies from "treatment."
Would these be considered terrorist labs, if they bio-engineered a strain of e coli resistant to eight different classes of anti-biotics plus throwing in some other deadly genetic mutations?
Killer e coli is 'being spread by terrorists'
THE deadly E.coli outbreak could have been spread by terrorists, say doctors.
They fear rogue groups may have deliberately implanted the killer germ into fresh produce.
Poisoning food supplies would be the perfect way for terror groups to be taken seriously, experts believe.

It all spells disaster for British farmers who are already binning tons of salad crops as nervous shoppers shun fresh veg.
Those terrorists sure do have some top fucking talent on the payroll.
