process of analogy

"Recognizing a face involves a process of analogy." Wikipedia: Face perception People born in the 1960s and earlier may recall these faces as funny and harmless...? Because humans are fascinating creatures to study. While normal people go merrily along fluently experiencing their emotions in real time, other people have been studying, and copying, and learning. Because for some , emotions are a foreign language. Do you think that powerful people avail themselves of this research? We think they probably do. ^^^^^^^ 1) Newborn human infants learn to recognize faces within months. While t...

funny or sad? - updated

CNN. Funny or sad? You decide.   After NINE years, CNN discovers that the internet is full of conspiracies about 911?! Something Must Be Done. These conspiracy theories are "absolutely incredible." The web is "full of them." And unlike the official story about 911, which blames Muslims, the "absolutely incredible" conspiracy theories on the internet "feed on racism." Yet the EVIDENCE says: It wasn't Muslims. But you won't know that if you don't examine the evidence. And, you won't examine the evidence if you don't want to find out that it wasn't Muslims. Some people would rather see more innocent Muslims killed than examine the evidence and learn the truth. We consider that racist, in the sense that Muslims and the Arab world are conflated in the popular imagination (ie: "Islamofacists"): racism or racialism (ˈreɪsɪzəm, ˈreɪʃəˌlɪzəm) —n 1. the belief that races have distinctive cultural char...

women and children first as usual

Pregnant women should get the flu shot? We recommend you do your research first. The largest public health organizations of US are urging the pregnant women to protect their health and the health of their babies by getting the flu shot, this request was made keeping the upcoming flu season in mind. The president of the March of Dimes, Dr. Jennifer L. Howse said in a statement that the organization urged the pregnant women to get their flu shots as the flu poses a high risk of illness and even death during the pregnancy. She said the flu vaccine had been seen effective and safe. During the pregnancy mothers use their immunity to protect their babies until their babies develop enough to get their own vaccination. The organization has also said that the pregnant women should get influenza shot for better effect rather than the nasal spray vaccination as the shot is made with he killed version of virus and the nasal spray is weaker than the shot and made with live viru...

making a correction?

We infer the following scenario for your consideration. Plans for the new world order are very old. Things happen slowly. Steady erosion, hollowing out the ground underneath our feet. Then all of a sudden, one day you see it, and you realize it has been there all along, and you feel horrified beyond words. "Originally discovered in 1991, the cave had not been entered since,  due to the terrifying wind and noise from the large underground river." Daily Mail The resources of the world, particularly the new world, have been divvied up. Game over for the Anglo speaking world. China is the next big thing, and the Jewish bankers are moving on. We don't expect the Catholic Church to have much sway in China. We suspect that by mutual agreement, the Catholic Church was slated to lead the new world order religion when the time came. We suspect that the Jewish banking families, having amassed tremendous power and ready to make a big move for Asia, recently reneged on the dea...

a whiff of regrettable in the air this weekend?

We have read that the upcoming weekend, September 17-19, might be important. For one thing, it will mark Yom Kippur, the Jewish "Day of Atonement." According to Jewish tradition, God inscribes each person's fate for the coming year into a book, the Book of Life, on Rosh Hashanah, and waits until Yom Kippur to "seal" the verdict. During the Days of Awe, a Jew tries to amend his or her behavior and seek forgiveness for wrongs done against God ( bein adam leMakom ) and against other human beings ( bein adam lechavero ). The evening and day of Yom Kippur are set aside for public and private petitions and confessions of guilt ( Vidui ). At the end of Yom Kippur, one considers one's self absolved by God. That's right. Just by reciting the Kol Nidre three times, an ancient formula from the Babylonian Talmud, many Jews will absolve themselves *in advance* for breaking any oaths and vows until next Yom Kippur. ^^^^^^^ Oddly enough, the Pope will ...

party time in Beijing

"While the Chinese economy continues its rapid ascent,  few outside the country are questioning how long it can last.  There are some who laud the birth of a “Beijing consensus” to rival the previously omnipotent “Washington consensus”." ~ Financial Times, Nations search for a New World Order, September 13, 2010 So... no more "Washington consensus"? Transport Project on Flickr Some laud? Whoever might they be? The "Beijing Consensus" was coined by Joshua Cooper Ramo, a Jew, who speaks Mandarin and lives between NYC and Beijing, and is the youngest managing director ever at Kissinger Associates, and before that the youngest senior editor ever at TIME Magazine. A summary of his Beijing Consensus paper says: "A new Beijing Consensus is emerging with new attitudes to politics, development and the global balance of power. It is driven, argues Joshua Ramo, by a ruthless willingness to innovate, a strong belief in sovereignty and multilate...
